Schöner Mallorca Urlaub mit der Familie
Pros:

Die Rutschen und die vielen Pools. Der Service bei gemeldeten defekten war schnell vor Ort und hat die Probleme schnell brseitigt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war immer freundlich und hat sehr gut weiter geholfen.

Cons:

Der Zustand des Zimmers war in Ordnung, es waren aber viele defekte zu beanstanden. An einen Abend war während des Abendessens alles im Restaurant total überlaufen. Das Personal kam den Ansturm der vielen Gäste garnicht mehr hinterher. Ggf. Wäre es dann angebracht Personal aus dem Magnus Restaurant rüber zu beordern, weil dort war der Andrang wesentlich weniger.

Pros:

Grösse der Zimmer war gut.

Cons:

Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert und wurde auch nie repariert obwohl wir mehrmals informiert haben. Das Essen war ok für den Preis.
Hotel sieht ziemlich mitgenommen aus.

Pros:

La piscina y las habitaciones en sí lo que es el hotel bien.

Cons:

Pésimo un día antes de salir dejamos olvidado el bolso en una silla del comedor exterior no había nadie solo el personal recogiendo las mesas ,porque ya era tarde
Nos dimos cuenta y no había pasado ni 5 minutos y recuperamos el bolso pero se llevaron todo el dinero de la cartera ,no dieron solución se negaron a mirar las cámaras todo lo bien que lo pasamos se fue en ese mal rato.
Deberían tener más cuidado con su personal.

Pros:

Hotel com boa localização e instalações agradáveis.

Cons:

O ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava, fiz duas reclamações que nada serviram, pois continuou igual até a saída, o que é de lamentar.
Falta de higiene na área das piscinas e bar, mesas e chão sempre sujas.
Além de que, tem falta de pessoal para dar resposta ao hotel lotado.
Buffet razoável.

El personal muy amable y atentos.
El día de la salida,nos dijeron que nos invitaban también a comer
Las paellas y fideuá muy buenas.

As a nanna and grandad on holiday with our family i thought it was a perfect hotel and location .
Pros:

Great selection for breakfast. The location was brilliant with a 3 minute walk to the beachfront.

Cons:

The rooms where a little bit dated but clean and comfortable enough enough for us.

If you like typical all inclusive vacay and slides go there. Not fancy of crowds and long lines to the bar. Stay away
Pros:

Quite big kompleks with variety of pools. The food was really good can’t complain. Spacious rooms.clean modern bathroom. The beds were pretty hard :/ but you get used to it. It can be quite loud at the evening in the splash area as there are animations in the evening. It was a bit overcrowded specially in the dinner time.

Feels overcrowded
Hard beds
All inclusive drinks were not so good
Always a Long line to the bar

El hotel de las largas colas, armate de paciencia.
Pros:

las piscinas.

Cons:

Las 5 cucarachas enormes que mate en la habitación y el mal estado del baño pues los desagües estaban rotos, las colas que hay q hacer para chequing, pedir bebida, pedir snack. A la hora de comer, desayunar o cenar hay menos mesas que clientes y pocos trabajadores lo que conlleva que esten enfadados pues casi no les da tiempo a reponer y hay que comer en una mesa sucia o de pie, comida poco variada (cada dia lo mismo) y de poca calidad, pésimo para ser un 4 estrellas y el precio que me cobraron.
