As stated above, the only good thing was the pools for the children.
Pros:

The pools were good for the children however you’re not allowed floats in the pool but was allowed hard balls that hit a baby in the head but my autistic child couldn’t have a float. The sunbed you cannot reserve but by 7am all beds had towels and you couldn’t get a sunbed. We put our towel down early once when we came down they had been moved by other people staying in the hotel.

Cons:

The food was absolutely awful. There wasn’t much variety what they had for lunch was also served for dinner. The food was not nice at all. The rooms and hallways are outdated. The staff was quite rude they called us to take our towels off the balcony yet when you looked out the window everyone had towels over their balcony drying.

It was okay.
Pros:

The hotel was okay, we had a fine stay but wouldn’t go back. We were lucky enough to get a room on the far side away from the restaurant and stage, those who had rooms there must have had a hard time sleeping. The room was fine for our family, however I haven’t stayed at a hotel with such a small bathroom. The food was fine, what you expect from a buffet at all inclusive but we needed up almost eating exclusively pizza for the time we were there. The waterslides are great, however note that the height limit is 120cm For most and 140cm for the higher ones. Some of the staff are lovely, others not. There is a 4 drink limit which some really stick to, even if you’re getting 1 drink for you and partner and have 3 children to bring drinks back for, then you have to stand in the 40 minute cue again. Thankfully there weren’t many staff who followed the rule but some did. In general it’s quite clean, a bit older but maintained. The town is lovely and the hotel is centrally located. We often went into the town and enjoyed going to the beach as well.

Cons:

They randomly closed the pools when they felt there were too many kids in them, without telling anyone when it will reopen or why. With the amount of people in the hotel, they should really get more food trucks or restaurants, it was always so full my kids felt intimidated even going for dinner.
We forgot our Nintendo switch in the hotel and have been calling multiple times a day since leaving and they never answer the phone. Don’t expect customer service I guess after you’ve left/paid.

Pros:

Ostatniego dnia po wymeldowaniu z pokoju mogliśmy do dowolnej godziny korzystać z ośrodka i jedzenia. Nasz lot powrotny był wieczorem.

Cons:

Zostałem publicznie wyproszony że skakańca w basenie splash, a nie przekraczałem regulaminowej wagi 120 kg.

Вежливый персонал, особенно нам повезло, что в день нашего прибытия на рецепшн был русскоговорящий сотрудник Дмитрий, который очень подробно все объяснил и показал на карте отеля.
Также, приятно удивил ассортимент блюд в столовой, хоть и особой разновидностью он не выделялся, но все было свежее и вкусное.
Номера чистые и ухоженные, хоть и немного требуют реставрации... Ежедневная замена полотенец, очень была кстати, учитывая тот факт, что на территории отеля находится аквапарк.

Cons:

В первую очередь нам не понравилось то, что в зоне аквапарка отсутствует, точное расписание его работы, по-этому получалось так, что горки каждый раз закрывались и открывались видимо по усмотрению сотрудников и иногда приходилось идти не совсем туда, куда хотелось... Из-за этого ребенок был расстроен.
Касательно уборки номера, все хорошо, но с одним но...в номере были пустые ёмкости для шампуни и мыла, мы два дня оставляли заметку на двери для уборки, но от этого ничего не изменилось, по-этому на третий день мы были вынуждены обратится на стойку регистрации, чтобы они помогли нам урегулировать этот вопрос. Также, душевая кабина и сам душ требует ремонта, так как протекает.
По общей атмосфере прибывания, также все хорошо, только с одним но... вечерняя программа для детей, на мой взгляд требует большего разнообразия, так как каждый день почти одно и тоже, на третий день стало уже не интересно.

Great location, very big resort and gets busy at time especially during evenings. Good was brilliant good variety, plenty of bars around the resort to get the drinks coffees beer etc. nice room big balcony and separate living room. No double beds

Cons:

Peut être un peu déçu par la qualité des légumes servis au restaurant. Il y a un grand choix pour les repas mais les légumes sont mal cuits et sans goût. Dommage.
