Pros:

Bohužel se nedá téměř nic pochválit. Možná občasný program pro děti.

Cons:

Špinavé ubytování , arogantní recepci , šváby u bazénu , v restauraci naprostý chaos a najít čistý stůl bylo prakticky nemožné. Skoro všechny tyto věci jsou dány naprosto přeplněnými místy hotelu.

Pokud si dáte na lehátko ručník a nejste na místě , tak vám ho personál odnese a položí na nejbližší stůl . Když jsme naopak byli od místa jen chviličku pryč , tak zase ostatní hosté odsunuli a vzali si lehátko pro sebe. Otázka čím to je, ale někteří hosté se zde chovají jak opice. Zažili jsme , že po sobě děti házeli v restauraci hamburgery a jejich rodičům to přišlo v pořádku 🙈😂🙏.
Dále je např. na booking check out v 12 , ale v 11 vám zamknou pokoje a ještě se diví.

Chtěli jsme pobyt zrušit a ze 4 dnů udělat 2 a nebylo vyslyšeno. Člověk by měl alespoň tak pocit, že hotel chápe vaši nechuť pokračovat v ubytování a mohl by si tak klient vybrat jiný hotel. Bylo odepsáno , že je možné, že by byla nízká kapacita hotelu(přitom je abnormálně přeplněn).

Eine Woche voll gepackt mit schönem Strand, tollen Wasserrutschen, toller Animation und tollem Essen
Pros:

Die hauptsächlich einheimischen Mitarbeiter strahlen durchwegs Kompetenz aus.

Das Essen war bei jeder Mahlzeit überdurchschnittlich gut. Viele frisch gekochte Mahlzeiten, Überraschend wenig Convinience (nur 60% statt 100% wie in fast allen Hotels).

Service Mitarbeiter bei den Mahlzeiten sehr engagiert. Und sehr professionell der Service Leiter der jede Situation mit viel Charme mit den Gästen lösen konnte.
Das Bewirtungskonzept mit Hamburger- und Pizzastand und den Bars mit Selbstbedienung und Service ist zwar nicht einheitlich aber effektiv gut.

Animation war Top, Naomi herausragend gut, ein Animateur M. Konnte nicht so mit Kindern umgehen. Aber das Team gesamt wirklich sehr gut.

Herausragend gut für ein Familienhotel die Dichte an Bademeistern, die sehr ordentlich strikt die Regeln durchsetzen. Das Gefühl der Sicherheit, Kinder kurz aus den Augen zu lassen ist traumhaft.
Nur dadurch ist der reibungslose Betrieb der außergewöhnlich tollen Rutschen möglich.

Cons:

Der Automatenkaffee ist grauenhaft.

Im Hotel haben sehr sehr viele Menschen Platz. Die Personalkapazität an der Rezeption reicht nicht aus, durchwegs täglich lange Wartezeiten.
Der übertriebene Bedarf der Gäste, die Liegen durch das Ablegen eines Handtuchs zu beanspruchen (ohne sie aber zu benützen), übersteigt die Liegen Anzahl.

All Inclusive bedeutet nicht "ALL" weil spezielle Zimmer zusätzliche Barbereiche und ein zusätzliches Restaurant benutzen dürfen.
All Inclusive Unterschied zu Vollpension marginal.
Die Versorgung mit Essen endet um 21 Uhr.

Bon séjour mais un all inclusive pas vraiment à la hauteur et manquait d’espace jeux pour les enfants
Pros:

Les nombreuses piscines, les animations ainsi que les animateurs étaient vraiment au top ! L’emplacement de l’hôtel proche de la plage et du centre ville est un vrai plus ainsi que le grand parking juste en face

Cons:

Nous avons pris l’option all inclusive, mais nous n'avons pas remarqué une réelle différence avec les gens qui prenaient une formule inférieure, ce qui était vraiment dommage.
Il manquait beaucoup d’air de jeux pour les enfants notamment des extérieurs et salle de jeux gonflable intérieur ou extérieur.
Les repas était beaucoup trop répétitif. Ce qui est dommage
