Great stay lovely building but room for improvement.
Pros:

Great central location, lovely converted old building just a short walk to all shop's & restaurants, the rooms are large and fully air conditioned our room had a roof terrasse with sun loungers & small table.
Great breakfast lots of choice although hot food was limited.

Cons:

The roof terrasse was baking hot with no shade, a parasol or sail would have made the space more usable, the room was serviced daily, however if we used cups or glasses in the room, they were never cleaned or exchanged, they didn't appear to do much cleaning just straightened the bed & changed the towels, also for some reason the pillows on the bed had a strange odour.
At breakfast the tables were not serviced so you ended up with plates and bowls stacked as the tables are small,

Fijn verblijf op een goede locatie.
Pros:

Fijne locatie (snel bij het strand en leuke restaurantjes in de buurt), mooie accommodatie en zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Onze kamer op de begane grond was iets gehorig naast de ontbijtzaal. Gelukkig wel pas vanaf 08:00.

Weekend perfetto a Maiorca
Pros:

Struttura collocata in pieno centro storico ad Alcudia, tranquilla cittadina che conserva ancora uno spirito autentico. Situata a ridosso di servizi, spiagge, attrazioni e ristoranti con un parcheggio su strada gratuito abbastanza limitrofo a pochi passi dalla struttura. La colazione è curata e preparata con cura e attenzione dallo staff. La reception e in particolare la signora Joana sono stati molto gentili e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta e informazioni. La camera è pulita, spaziosa e dotata di ogni confort; menzione speciale per la doccia molto bella e grande e per il letto molto comodo. Torneremo sicuramente e consiglieremo la struttura a parenti e amici per un soggiorno a Maiorca.

Cons:

Nulla in particolare. Per un problema, credo di booking, la tassa di soggiorno è più alta di quella indicata da booking al momento della prenotazione (13 euro contro 3 euro per un soggiorno di 2 persone per 3 notti.

Toller Aufenthalt im wunderschönen Alcudia.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine fantastische Lage, mitten in der Altstadt und dennoch sehr ruhig. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Die Unterkunft ist sauber und man hat alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Gastgeberin ist vormittags im Hotel, sodass man auch bei Fragen/ Wünschen einen direkten Ansprechpartner hat.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Wir hatten eine Woche lang immer die gleiche Auswahl.
