The perfect stay in Seville with the loveliest staff
Pros:

Such an incredible team of women working at this hotel. They were so friendly and accomodating throughout our entire stay. They even had our room prepared early which was a nice welcome to Seville. The hotel is beautiful and breakfast was delicious and plentiful each morning.

Un hotel de encanto en una ubicación perfecta
Pros:

El desayuno, era una pasada. Eso sí, era mucha cantidad para nosotros. Por otro lado, el hotel está construido sobre un edificio histórico, por lo que es precioso. Todos los rincones del hotel están cuidados con mucho mimo (Hasta los números de las habitaciones están hechos a mano con cerámica sevillana). La habitación era una pasada, y tenía una ducha y bañera espectaculares.

Cons:

Tiene un pequeño inconveniente. La recepción es 24 horas, pero cierran la puerta del hotel, por lo que tienes que llamar a un timbre. En varias ocasiones tuvimos que esperar hasta 10 minutos para que nos abrieran, por lo que este detalle no nos terminó de convencer. Incluso un día, a las 19:30 la puerta estaba cerrada y tuvimos que esperar un rato a que nos abrieran. Espero que podáis corregir este detalle, que es el único que no nos gustó de toda nuestra estancia.

Beautiful hotel with the BEST staff
Pros:

The staff was absolutely amazing. The hotel was beautiful but their attentive and friendly service really made this a wonderful experience. The property is really nicely decorated and the location is perfect to explore Seville.
Breakfast, even if pricey for Seville, was delicious.
Thank you to all the staff… muchas gracias por todo!

Cons:

Our stay was perfect. Pool is small but this was expected for a property like this. I still highly recommend this hotel

Locatie top, hotel top, aanwezigheid zwembad op dak top! Lieve mensen die je graag helpen.

Cons:

Whatsapp bij het zwembad, bestellen wordt aangeprezen als je wat wilt drinken bij het zwembad. Echter komt er niemand omdat er te weinig personeel is. Dus zelf halen!

The stay well exceeded my expectation, will definitely come back!
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was excellent! I immediately felt welcome as soon as I stepped inside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was well cleaned and organised, as well as other facilities. They have a good selection for breakfast with excellent quality.

Cons:

The location may be a bit far from Plaza de Espana. But it is very reachable by car.
