Lavish Suites

Nasty.

This property was in the heart of the area we were hoping to be in but the room itself was very very small, the photos do not do it justice. And there is no balcony just a door that opens to outside. The oven was unusable and started smoking when it opened and set off the fire alarm. Bed not super comfortable either. The location was great, the elevators didn’t take too long and it was relatively clean. The tv worked and had streaming services and there was a washer and dryer in the unit as well.

I truly had a wonderful visit and the suite was perfect for my stay! I will definitely be back!!!

The location can't be beat. The registration process on arrival was very frustrating, time consuming and stressful, there has to be a way to streamline it or make it easier.
Other than that it was a decent spot, very convenient.

I would definitely stay here again. The suite itself was clean, building secure and PERFECT for travellers who want to be close to the train, and sightseeing opportunities!!

The apartment is as pictured, some rough edges. Check in was frustrating and took at least 30 mins. The building had only one working elevator and hot water was intermittent at best. The location however suited our needs perfectly.

Very nice condo at the 46 floor, fantastic view. Bed is a little Small for a 6'2" like me. The parking and check in is quite a maze...Read very carefully infos.

The unit was great and had what we needed for the weekend. The YouTube video that was sent to get into the parking garage was 8s years

Great location, great room with all the amenities you could ask for, including a gym. Parking was simple (though not included), but just be aware that WiFi is not included. Delivers on what is advertised!

It was a great location and excellent host, as for the stay itself i would give it a 3/5 star based on sleep quality and space.

Very convenient location, next to union station , easy to go anywhere

Location was good for our travel purposes. Clean on arrival. Safe with security at entrance. Parking should be included in the price and not so convoluted in how to access it. Charged extra for parking but had to park at adjacent, more accessible lot on arrival and paid for that too due to not having initial access to the property.
Functional, average sized space with standard amenities/accommodation, slightly overstated given the “lavish suite” advertising moniker.

The apartment is close to Rogers Center so we were able to walk there every day. Not the provider's fault but we had no water for one of the three days we stayed. Complaint is that it wasn't LAVISH! A bed, a table and chairs. Just not what i expected. As a homeowner, i suggest 2 things. Fix the slow leak under the kitchen sink and recaulk the bathtub or the floor below will be in trouble.

Very modern building and facilities. Short walk to the train station. Very close to CN Tower, groceries restaurants and attractions

Unit wasn't fully clean when we arrived. but area is good as is centre downtown. Note this is not a hotel. its a private condo.

Location great. Everything else average.

Great location . 10 min. walk to any events at the Scotiabank Centre or Rogers Centre .

Property is in an excellent location in the heart of Toronto. Condo very basic. Lacking essentials like kitchen tea towels, dishcloths, coffee pot or kettle. When we arrived there was wet laundry in the washer, dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Had to wear shoes in the condo as the floors were not clean. No cable TV or tourist info present. Condo has the potential to be a fabulous destination.

It is so conveniently located. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean and comfortable and the communication on how to check in and out was really clear. Would definitely stay here again.
