Pros:

Thoroughly enjoyed the gym and the place was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The parking was abit annoying. We had to wait to enter and exit the building even with a verified licence plate. Would be better to give a key or card to enter and exit.

The room was very hot, it seemed after turning on the ac there still want enough cooling in the bedroom.

The room was very clean, had all the amenities we needed. The location was great and close to downtown. The parking garage felt safe and easily accessed.

Clean, convenient, smart layout. Suspicious Go train situation.
Pros:

Love the layout of the room - the bed is very comfortable.

Cons:

Bowling alley does not function. This is the 2nd year I have booked here at Christmas. As far as I can tell it has NEVER worked. Management needs to address this or stop advertising the bowling. Dec 23/24 night the GO trains stationed beside Laundry Buildings grew so loud lasted from 3 am till 6 am - I thought there literally was a helicopter hovering outside my window. GO trains definitely violated sound levels for residences. This city ordinance Should Not Be VIOLATED or allowed to happen EVER.The next night there was no noise
