We were a mixed
party of 11, aged between 25 to 63. Location was superb. We walked to the old town and to the strip. Buffet breakfast was so good we paid the €25 to have buffet dinner one evening, which was worth it. Staff professional. Rooms clean and spacious. Beds enormous. Roof top spectacular views. Didnt use pool but managed to get seats and sunbed when needed. Highly recommend hotel
L’emplacement au bord de mer
Pour le prix payé assez cher(chambre avec vue sur la mer), il y avait seulement 2 petites bouteilles d’eau à disposition). On aurait pu espérer en recevoir tous les jours.

Perfect for old town and abundance of cafes and restaurants
Second time at this hotel , view from a front room is brilliant , staff are excellent , food is excellent , off the road so nice and quiet , near old town cafes , restaurants. I will be back there many times
Good hotel, excellent position for new and old town, room was good a little tired and could do with a refresh, only negative feeling as check in was slow but it was 1.30 in the morning and there was 2 large groups in front of us but there was only 1 member of staff on reception, food was good not a huge choice for the evening meal but wha was available was of a high standard
La entrada al hotel fue un caos, tuvimos que llamar 3 veces para acceder al parking , las indicaciones pésimas y 15 minutos dando vueltas.

Stayed here for 4 night, hotel is lovely and clean fantastic beds , rooftop pool and bar with the most amazing views, breakfast was hot fresh and plenty of choice, staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble, will definitely stay here again and recommend it.

This was our 3rd stay at benidorm beach and booked again for next year . We love everything about the hotel . Friendly efficient staff from check in to checking out . Nothing is too much trouble . The hotel and rooms are beautiful spotless and modern . Views on the rooftop bar are amazing and it's a beautiful area to chill and have drinks or watch the sunset . The breakfast is of the best standard . .so much choice and an extra rest is a bucks fizz for breakfast !!
The location is perfect right on the edge of old town and tapas alley . The staff are so lovely and I can't recommend this hotel enough. Until next time
Just came back from a few days away in April to the barcelo in Benidorm. Cannot fault the location and how close it is to the beach. The hotel was spotless and the staff were so friendly at reception. The staff in the restaurant were so friendly and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for you, and were great at their job. There was always something to have for breakfast and lunch! The choice was fantastic. The beds were so comfy. The rooftop pool was unreal and it was even better getting towels to use from the hotel. Our room had a balcony with a side view of the beach. If I booked again I would be happy with this room or be tempted to book a sea view. There is so much to do in this area and we especially loved the old town. The safety in this hotel was also reassuring. Will 100% be back again. Great value for money with the deal we got. The only thing missing in the hotel was entertainment but you can easily find that this a step from the hotel.
