El staff fue una maravilla al trato. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar y con una sonrisa! La comida es espectacular y con una gran variedad para ayudar a personas con dietas restrictivas. La limpieza (y en particular el staff destinado a la limpieza) impecable, un equipo de profesionales simpáticas y dispuestas.
Una maravilla.
La única pega: la piscina es quizá pequeña y la cama podría ser un pelín más comoda, pero en general es un 9,5 de 10.
Beautiful and clean hotel
The lift felt abit annoying and long- wished the rooftop pool opened at 9 and stayed open later in the evening for hotel guests. It would be a beautiful view at night

Pozitia excepțională, pe plaja Poniente, piscina de pe acoperiș cu o priveliște incredibila, curățenia impecabila, personalul incredibil de politicos și amabil, mâncarea de 5 stele la restaurantul Santa Maria din incinta hotelului, ușurință deplasării de la hotel către restul stațiunii Benidorm, atmosfera familiala și relaxantă. BARCELO BENIDORM, merita MEDALIA DE PLATINA 🥇

The view from the room
En primer lugar, la ubicación. Excepcional. En segundo lugar, el personal (en mi caso, más concretamente Marylen y Oscar de recepción) cuya amabilidad y buen hacer nos hicieron sentir en casa. Pero más allá de personas concretas, destaco la amabilidad. La habitación, muy cómoda, limpia y bien aislada que permitía el descanso. La comida, muy buena, siendo un bufet impecable. Y por último el rooftop. Fantástico. Repetiré
Nada que no me gustara
The rooms were well appointed and clean but noisy because of the surrounding strip. Nice touches like bottle of cava for my birthday. Good prompt cleaning service. Nice friendlyreception staff.
The pool area was cramped and the staff serving quite grumpy. Breakfast was chaotic and the woman cooking eggs in the latter part of our stay was overstressed and served undercooked imedible eggs. Egg guy earlier was brilliant. The breakfast buffet ran out of basics which took too long to get replenished. Lifts inadequate although largely due to the stupidty of other guests.
