Perfect location, great staff - would no doubt stay again if we were in Benidorm.
Pros:

The hotel could not have been more accommodating for our group. Facilities were fantastic, staff went above and beyond and the location was perfect.

Cons:

Liked everything about it.

Great stay in a fab location.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, lots of choices, fresh juice, fruit, meats, cheese, pastries, cooked breakfast and eggs any way. Great location for the Old Town and meeting friends.

Cons:

An air freshener in the room.

Good location. Very clean and quite modern.

Cons:

We paid for a room with a balcony, there was barely enough room to put a chair onto it, but most disappointingly the balcony was overlooking a school, and was right opposite the school yard where breaks and sports lessons were taking place. We couldn’t even open the curtains for lack of privacy, plus it was very noisy first thing in the morning when trying to relax on holiday. This should have been stipulated whilst booking, and other guests should be aware. There were also works going on right outside the hotel which totally spoiled the view from the outside area.

Massive road work outside hotel which no one informed me prior to arrival
The bed mattress was terrible all the springs on one side had collapsed!!!!
Breakfast was average at best !!!!
On last day had two bottles of apple juice left in room one had been opened and half the bottle was empty and lid forced back on !!!
Reported it to reception who just said sorry about that !!!

Ubicación privilegiada, confort y excelente atención en primera linea de mar.
Pros:

Es una opción excelente para disfrutar del Mediterráneo con comodidad. Su ubicación es inmejorable, en primera línea de la Playa de Levante, lo que permite acceder fácilmente tanto al mar como al paseo marítimo y a la oferta de ocio y gastronomía de Benidorm. Las instalaciones destacan por su diseño moderno y cuidado, nuestra habitación pese a dar a la parte posterior del edificio era muy amplia y la cama muy cómoda.
El personal es atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, haciendo que te sientas bienvenido desde el primer momento. Además, su propuesta para el desayuno es muy amplia y variada, todos los días cambian los tipos de panes, hay mucha variedad de quesos y embutidos, varias maquinas de café repartidas por la estancia, así como variedad de zumos, yogures y pastelería (especial mención a los donuts y cruasanes) así como a la opción de poder hacer tortillas en el momento.
