Stayed 3 times. Fabulous hotel, amazing location, friendly staff. The choice of food for breakfast is brilliant. In process of booking again for July 27
Only small annoyance this year is that we arrived at 11am, we were told rooms would probably be ready before 3. We went up to pool and came back down at 1.45 to be told they weren’t ready however, other people were walking up to desk and checking straight in. We got our key at 15.05 which was a bit annoying
Third time in three years staying here and it’s always a treat. Staff are friendly and helpful the location is great.
The drinks have got a little bit pricey

Location is amazing. Beach front and perfect for both old and new town. Lovely and modern hotel.
Breakfast was a bit chaotic, queuing for food and coffee. Rooftop bar was mobbed during the day and struggled to get a seat.
The location is superb right on the sea front so right where we wanted to be plus close to pubs and restaurants if you wanted to eat out. The breakfast offering is the best we have seen anywhere and we are very well travelled - everything you could possibly want and more - always being replenished. The staff are all lovely the check in staff, restaurant workers, bar workers and cleaners. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.
