The Newcastle Country Inn was a great place to stay. The room was small, but very cozy. The bed was very comfortable. The Inn is in a quiet neighborhood in a lovely town. The room was super clean and well taken care of.
Breakfast was typical continental breakfast and the coffee was good.
The check in gentlemen were very friendly and a pleasure to chat with.
We would stay at the newcastle again.

Very lovely and friendly B'n'B. They use all plant-based cleaners and require guests to use indoor slippers in the building. The rooms were immaculate and peaceful.

Very small room. The air conditioner stopped from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am and air fell stuffy. The breakfast was not representative for the amount charged.

The moment that we informed the host that we were not going to stay for the duration of the time booked, she made us feel unwelcome.

She has a no shoes policy in the, that I respected. But while bringing our luggage to the car, I forgot to remove them on the second trip. She got in my way and started to insult me. This was not appreciated.

The host was lovely. It was a bit weird to have to remove shoes and wear slippers to check in. Although it is advertised as a B & B you do have to pay extra for breakfast, which is fine, just good to know. The breakfast was generous. The room was comfortable with good amenities and it was wonderful to walk to Sam's restaurant where the food was divine!

An absolute gem of a place! Quiet, clean, comfortable, and friendly.

We have not been able to stay at the Newcastle Country Inn during the past 5 years but we had been annual patrons of the Inn for many years before. For trip during this hectic weekend in Drumheller, we found the Newcastle Country Inn to still be the best place to stay in the Valley. The customer service is excellent, the rooms are beautifully clean and comfortable to stay in. The new hot breakfast option is terrific, especially when it was a busy weekend in the community and it's restaurants. It is still a lovely peacefully area to stay and we had an excellent sleep at the Inn. Thank you so much to owner/hosts of this lovely gem. We will visit again.

Very poor experience at New Castle Country Inn. Damp room in basement and very noisy at night with traffic going by into the wee hours of the morning. Bugs in the bathroom in corners but looked dead. Breakfast was a not good. I found a hair in my food and so did the person sitting at the same table. A real turn off! Yet paid a premium rate for room. Did not get money's worth.

Excellent!Very clean ,Great service and staff.Was served hot fresh made right in front of us very delicious pancakes plus eggs .Calm and quiet bed and breakfast in the heart of Drumheller.Great value for money.Very different and much better rooms than any hotel I have stayed.They don't use chemicals for clean up which was nice too.Will be happy to return.

Property was very clean and staff very friendly but no children and no pets allowed so cannot come back with family. While rules are always necessary, 10:00 bed time at an adult only Inn is a bit much. They said this was to facilitate the seniors … nice place but we will likely not book again.

Owners are excellent to deal with and very pleasant. Very secure, no issues at all, lots of parking. Within walking distance of local dining and pub. Very comfortable, would highly recommend to others. Will book again.
