Absolutely amazing property, very well furnished and equipped with everything you need. They took care even of the forgotten toothbrush and paste for you - the cupboards were stuffed with everything you need for a great enjoyable stay! Grocery store with delicious ready to eat hot meals righ around the corner, close to subway, landmarks, restaurants, parks, pedestrian areas. We would come back again!
A well-located condo with full amenities in an excellent building. Only concern is I am still waiting (almost a week) for return of deposit.
Check in was difficult due to location of keys and parking. Was not clear where to take elevators and that there are two buildings connected. It’s easy to get confused when parking under one building and staying in the other
You have to download an app to communicate. No check in desk. Very very frustrating. We went some where else. Don't know why this is even offered by Expedia...gives you a terrible name.
Pretty nice. No complaints. Bed wasn't my favorite. A little tricky check in process.
It was a nice apartment & pool area.
Check in was a bit tricky… via WhatsApp but once I got sorted it was fine.
Accommodation was amazing
The place was simple and clean. Comfy bed. Good for short stay.... But I won't be again. You have to head to parking for FOB & keys in lockbox, but the areas where box is locks out out of the building. So you have to head up stairs (if unlocked) into an adjacent building and reenter. To check out you leave keys in lock box but but same problem. This time all exit doors were mag locked. So had to follow a car up and exit 3 floors above through ramp. The call to concierge was ineffective since after several attempts to help she hung up. None of this is documented or expected. So if you want a run around and confusion, this is the place to stay.
I would certainly not recommend the condo and the rental company, we had a very unpleasant stay. It started out with their cumbersome pre-arrival requirements where they asked for several pictures of IDs etc. I emailed the pictures, then received another email to please send them, so I resent them, they told me again that they hadn't received them, so I resent them again and was finally told that they had received them. I never got a bounce-back so it looks to me that they were just disorganized and not on top of their inbox. Before arrival they also asked for a refundable damage deposit, which I paid and only received back after I emailed them a week later. They then forgot to send us the complete check-in information so when we arrived we could not get into the condo. I called their contact numbers but could not reach anyone either by phone or email and it took them half an hour to respond to my messages and send the check-in information. We had already left the property by then but returned later. When we finally got in, the place smelled like smoke and was rather dirty, with big stains on the living room rug, dirty bathroom rugs that had clearly not been washed and glass panels on the balcony that were so dirty that you could barely see through them. We will most certainly not return.
Property was great. Location very close to public transit. Check in process is a bit "unique" and a little confusing but it works. You get good value for your money.
Location good, but apartment was tiny for the price charged. Front door lock was sticky and getting and replacing the key was a challenge.
Spacious, well equipped & located
It was clean, quiet beside a beautiful outdoor atrium and accessible to public transportation. It was perfect.
Condo was excellent, you could smell the clean when you opened the door. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Check-in/out was simple and seamless. My only complaint is extra charges for anyone beyond the booker which is odd in my opinion, booking should be based on double occupancy at minimum.
Great restaurants in the area
I was delighted to see the apartment pictures online because it had everything I needed. I was so excited to be in Canada. Upon arriving, everything was perfectly arranged and tidy. We arrived late, and I was exhausted as I prepared to go to bed. I noticed the quilts and covers hadn't been washed in all three rooms. They were neatly arranged, but the pillows reeked of grease, clearly left behind by the previous tenant. They were incredibly dirty. I found a lot of short, thin hairs on the bedside table. The quilt and mattress cover were also covered with fine hair. It was awful, and I almost felt like vomiting. I tried to find some clean covers in another room. Since it was only two nights, I endured it. I also tried to get my friend to do the same. I didn't even use a quilt; I brought a bath towel to cover myself. It was terrible. I tried to wash my clothes, but the washing machine and dryer were stinking, and there were some leftover covers in them. It was a terrible experience. I definitely won't choose an apartment or B&B again. The beds should be comfortable and clean, but they were the worst. The furnishings were cozy, and the pictures were attractive, but unfortunately, I won't be choosing one again.
Good location and overall set up but 1 mattress was saggy some outlets did not work and the air conditioning was set at77 and could not be changed. Only connection to owners was by email so situation not resolved during stay
It was easy to checkin , instructions not complicated. Easy parking nearby and access to public transit
Decent lodging where you can lay your head. Not a great location for families. There was one tv in the whole apartment. Missing amenities are tedious to get addressed. Highly recommended arranging your own parking. On site parking app is drastically cheaper than what Global Stay will charge you, if you go through them. Wouldn't stay again.
