One of the best visits to Penticton I have had
Pros:

Location was ideal for my requirement to be at the Convention Centre. Restaurant was very good. Staff were courteous and professional.

Breakfast was good and the room was nice.

Cons:

The check in employee was on the phone when we arrived and did not acknowledge us for a long time. The people above us were very loud both in the later evening and early morning.

Very convenient location
Pros:

Nice newer property in a great location to access the sports complex. Also not a far walk from the lake. The bed was super comfortable and the room itself pleasant enough.

Cons:

No bathtub even though we reserved the deluxe king suite, so that was disappointing. The shower had lower water pressure and couldn’t get the temperature right. Also there were hand prints all over the windows which I had to wipe off with a paper towel so could enjoy the view.

Pros:

Hotel is newer so every thing was clean and worked. The walls are carpet so that will be concerning later when the hotel is older. Quiet, staff are lovely and friendly.
