Place was clean. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but good enough for the one night I was there
Very quiet, heated pool, lovely place to walk.We remted a cabin which was simple as expected.
THE CHALET WAS CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. THEY ALLOWED US TO HAVE DOGS. WE ATE AT THE RESTAURANT AND THE FOOD IS GREAT!
Mouse poops in drawers. No batteries for tv remote. No zip line false advertising. Over chlorine in pool and close at 4h30. No fish in pond. Wood for fire 10$ for 5 small piece. Waitress very slow at the bar ans overall will never go again.
This place was great except that the water was not drinkable including signs on all doors to not drink water. NO WATER available anywhere in the morning. Could not make coffee tale meds or anything. However, the upstairs dining room and bar are spectacular. Food was great. Ambianceincredible. We felt like we were staying with family.
Nice hidden gem! We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage and it was big and clean. Perfect for our family road trip stop. The family running the place was nice and friendly. The park and game room is great for the kids. Highly recommend this stay!
Beautiful country setting. Room was spacious and clean with a gorgeous ensuite. The bed, however, was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in the mattress. Restaurant on site had good pub food.
Was not easy to get to with all the construction on hwy 85 sud. Staff was very helpful in bringing us gas as we ran out.
Great restaurant. Very accommodating staff. The room was very large and had lots of amenities. The beds were very comfortable.
Stayed in the chalet. Basic but clean and comfy enough.
Friendly staff. Went out of their way to get us something to eat even when we checked in very late. Property was clean and dog friendly.
The previous guest had smoked in the room, and the cleaning staff overlooked the coffee machine. That said, the cottage itself is spacious and well-equipped.
This hotel would best be described as "ok". Unfortunately the owner is overwhelmed and was running the place alone when we were there so we ordered food (hotdogs, burgers, poutine and nuggets for $60) and it took a little over an hour to arrive and the order wasn't 100% what we ordered. The yurt was fine, what you'd expect, but we had to wait a long time to check-in because it was still being cleaned despite checking in late (we notified them so they left our room to last for cleaning). Overall if he had more help this place could be great. We booked it for the novelty of the yurt for the kids but wouldn't spend $200/night to stay again.
Eau non potable. Air climatisé marche pas. Douche pas nettoyée.
Water not drinkable, AC not working, shower not cleaned.
It was a good overnight. Very clean.
Owner is overwhelmed and room was so dirty. Bathroom floor was black and even paper towels provided were dirty.
It's in the middle of nowhere. No A/C..lady told us she will bring us an electric fan.. room is very small. Nobody came to bring the electric fan. Food was terrible.
It was evident the property is short staffed, basic needs were met, however, no one was at the front counter when we checked in. The counters in both the bathroom and kitchen were left uncleaned with toothpaste and soap residue from previous occupants. There were no linens for the pull out and the linens on the beds were stained (however appeared to have been washed). There were also dust bunnies in many locations on the floor of the unit.
It is unfortunate, because although dated, the place has a lot of potential, and many of the issues we had relate to staffing, and attention to detail.
We stayed just briefly while passing through Quebec, but seems like a great location to visit and spend more time, with lots options for accommodations. Our cabin was comfortable, clean and roomy for our family of 5.
Nice room , basic but great for what we needed. Good at the restaurant was good. Staff very friendly.
