Pros:

Es un hotel muy cómodo, de acceso fácil desde el sur, limpio, personal muy amable y paciente, con aparcamiento exterior gratuito. .Habitaciones limpias y cómodas.
Bastante silencioso.
La localizacion es el un poligono industrial, para pasear por alli 9, pero para lo que buscabamos nosotros (cercania a mostolres, alcorcon y arroyomolinos) estaba muy bien.
Fuimos bastantes miembros de la familia para una reunion familiar, y tuvieron el detalle de ponernos cerca, y a los mayores en habitación adaptada.
Desayuno muy rico y continuamente reponiendo. No excesivamente variado, pero muy bien.
Realmente parece mas 3 estrellas que 4. Pero la relación calidad precio me pareció buena para lo que es hsbirual en esa zona.
Estuvimos muy bien y volveremos

Cons:

Hay 8 escalones para ir al ascensor (pero es verdsd qur hay plataforma para acceder y se ofrecen continuamente)
El zumo del desayuno no es natural

Pros:

Fuimos por una feria literaria en el X-Madrid, así que la ubicación era perfecta. El personal era muy amable y la limpieza de la habitación, salvo de un sillón que había con manchas, estaba bien.

Cons:

Los colchones eran muy blandos, las camas parecían 2 supletorias, por lo que se movían y sonaban muchísimo al girarte al dormir y las almohadas era muy finas.

Pros:

El personal, sin duda. También el buen tamaño de las habitaciones, y me encantó el amplio cuarto de baño y ducha.

Cons:

El sonido del pasillo se oye bastante, suerte que tuve vecinos poco ruidosos. Las puertas al cerrar también suenan fuerte. Sin embargo el ruido de la calle nos ha llegado.
Algunas machitas en el sillón/cama.
