Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Madrid, it’s super clean, comfortable and very nice.
And I would like to thank Vanessa, she is so wonderful and attentive to the guests. Staff like Vanessa makes the stay 10 times better.

Very comfortable and convenient to airport.
Pros:

Staff, especially Micheal, were great.
Clean and neat. Great bed and bedding.

Cons:

Shower wasn’t great. Poor pressure and shower head. Needs additional shower head other than rain shower.

Pros:

Quiet and comfortable rooms, comfortable beds with good matresses and nice common areas of the hotel. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

PERFECTO
Pros:

Mi estancia en el Hotel Pinar Plaza ha sido muy buena y sin duda repetiría. Desde el primer momento se nota el cuidado por los detalles y la profesionalidad del personal, siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa.

Uno de los puntos que más me sorprendió fue la limpieza, todo estaba impecable tanto en la habitación como en las zonas comunes. La habitación además estaba muy bien equipada, con todo lo necesario para estar cómodo y descansar de verdad. Las camas son súper cómodas, de esas en las que duermes de maravilla y te levantas realmente descansado.

La ubicación también me pareció muy práctica, ya que la zona es muy tranquila y silenciosa, perfecta para desconectar y dormir sin ruidos. Además, encontrar aparcamiento fue muy fácil y al ser zona blanca no tuve que preocuparme de pagar parking, algo que en Madrid se agradece muchísimo.

El desayuno fue otro de los grandes aciertos del hotel: muy variado, con productos de calidad y todo buenísimo. En general, una experiencia muy cómoda y agradable en todos los sentidos. Muy recomendable tanto para descansar como para visitar Madrid con tranquilidad.
