Todo muy nuevo y limpio, Guillermo el responsable del desayuno tiene un trato inmejorable, gran profesional, siempre atento a tus necesidades

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach.
Nachts war es auf der Straße laut.
Zimmer war klein aber okay.
Lage war gut, nah am Strand und Lokalen.

Personal muy amable la habitacion muy comoda , Con nevera y Tv de gran tamaño.
Cerca de la playa y de santa catalina.

Staff was above and beyond. Excellent customer service.
Breakfast was simple, but inexpensive and delicious. I highly recommed.
Excellent location - 3 min walk to the beach.

Bra hotel för rimlligt pris som erbjuder frukost i priset som är helt okej och en riktigt bra pool som var minst 35 grader varmt helt fantastiskt att softa och bara ligga och njuta hotelet har gratis parkering litd trångt så var försiktiga så ni inte skadar bilen personalen var professionella och trevliga och nära till hamnen där det fanns nånga restauranger och lite andra affärer rekommenderas varmt

Wer gerne in Strandnähe und im lebendigen Leben von Las Pamas Urlaub machen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Das Hotel ist neuwertig und in einem guten Zustand. Das Personal ist superfreundlich und hilfsbereit.

Zimmer sehr sauber super Lage fast direkt am Strand.
Frühstück war sehr schwach.

It was a nice place.

Very good price-performance ratio

The hotel is clean but it's very basic in its offering. For example, in the room, they offered one bath towel, one hand towel, and two bottles of water - nothing more. The main issue was the noise related to the large garbage bins on the street right in front of the hotel. Check street-view on Google Maps and you'll see four large garbage bins in front of the hotel. People throw glass bottles into them at random times of the day, which it can be very loud. The worst was when they emptied them in the early morning.
I stayed in two different rooms. The second room barely had hot water. It took 10 minutes to warm, and the hot water pressure was very low. The breakfast isn't worth getting, it's very basic, and I would recommend opting for something outside the hotel.

On the good side, the staff were great and kind, and the room and hotel were clean.

Frühstück konnte jederzeit dazugebucht werden, war sehr gut, sehr gute Auswahl und guter Kaffee.
Lage super gleich am Strand. Zimmer waren sauber.
Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Buena atención por parte de recepcion y cocina

We stayed in the hotel for a few nights before a cruise.

It’s in an ideal location. 200 metres from the Canteras beach and 400 metres from Santa Catalina bus station which is just beside the cruise terminal. The commercial centre is 600 metres away. There’s a lot of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets in the immediate surrounding area. A taxi to the old town is 6 Euros.

Rooms are modern, clean, have a free safe, mini fridge, complimentary water & toiletries, and a nice bathroom with powerful shower.

A quiet room coupled with comfortable beds and great latex pillows meant we got a good night’s sleep.

We prepaid breakfast which offered high quality cereals, cold cuts, cheeses, pastries, breads, fruit and some hot options together with juices and coffee.

The hotel has left luggage lockers and a courtesy toilet and shower facilities which we appreciated as we had a late flight.

Staff were excellent: professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
