We have just come back from this hotel, lovely stay, nice room with huge balcony. And view of the pool, it was a suite, unlimited brunch, but food average, though nice coffee and good continental, close to beach etc, caught bus to santa ponsa, staff helpful, some cleaning overlooked, but great.

Had a great time! Excellent location, very very friendly staff who were so helpful at checking in, and also recommending hire cars and days out. Told us which bus to get and where the stops were etc.
Hotel design and facilities were excellent with a gym, laundry room, pool, and huge dining room and amazing buffet that was from 9.30am- 1.30pm. I've never seen such a good deal- you can go as many times as you want and aren't rushed or anything. So you could have breakfast and lunch if you wanted.
Only criticism was that a lot of things in my room were broken- toilet seat detached, sliding door wad broken and in danger of entirely jamming- quite dangerous. Plug sockets didn't fit the plug properly, only one worked in the apartment. My parents room also had their bathroom door not working and they got locked in, and so did the member of staff when checking. There was a microwave but not plates, cups or cutlery at all. A kettle but no cups. The fridge door inner kept coming off so couldn't store anything in the fridge.
I also, had a shower in the poolside shower room- but the lock was clearly broken as someone just walked straight in to me naked in the shower, which was horrifying.
So maintenence and repairs need SERIOUSLY sorting out.
But the rest was so good and value for money that it didn't ruin anything!

What a fantastic find. Stunning hotel with a relaxed and calm atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful. The unlimited brunch is stunning! Fresh and very very tasty in fact better than some 4 * hotels I've stayed at before. Plenty of clean and new sunbeds.

This is a beautiful hotel. It was kept immaculately clean, the breakfast was great and I liked that it was served for a long period of time if you wanted to eat a little later. The rooms were great and I would not hesitate to stay there again. Loved it!

Went as a couple and check in was easy. Room was fine and clean. Small fridge in the room and a tv. Bedroom has storage and 2single beds pushed together. Bathroom was fine with a powerful shower over the bath. 24hr reception. Spar is next door.

Really great hotel, spacious clean rooms. Great breakfast brunch offering - lots of choice. Close enough to beach and night time areas.

The hotel is quite decent, good food great helpful staff modern clean decor
but you might want to reconsider booking here if you're a medium to light sleeper.
About 80 of the rooms of the hotel are located across from a fenced off landowner's property, and the roosters/cockerals on that land are extremely loud.
They start crowing as early as 3 a.m. and don't stop until late in the evening.
This might just be an unfortunate noise issue, but it's disruptive enough to ruin your sleep and potentially your entire stay.
So many noisy cockerals put right next to an established hotel - strange one.

The pool is 10/10 and the area is a great place
The rooms are nice and modern and brunch is a bonus

Just got back from a 4 night stay we had the best time the hotel is clean and spacious with a huge pool. We had a pool view room with a great view overlooking the pool. The room was cleaned every day with clean towels the breakfast and brunch is fab no need to rush to get up early to make it. We always managed to get a sun lounger although this could change in the more popular months. Great day and would definitely stay again :)

Good short stay, modern room with pool view which was cleaned daily. Brunch was plentiful and tasty. The pool is large and the location is perfect for the beach plus shops and restaurants etc. my only criticism would be lady that works on reception and the bar is very miserable and very slow. Not welcoming to guests. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend this hotel - Central location, Great pool area, well equipped rooms, friendly staff and very clean! Can’t understand the negative reviews - ignore them and take a chance on this great value for money hotel.

Very bad reception, when we arrived Not helpful at all. Rooms.Never got cleaned nor clean towels very dirty rooms food not good We had a very bad experience for 4 days. Pool was good, but very strict. Advice, don't go there. When sleeping in the beds always felt very Uncomfortable. Please don't try this experience...thank you

Don’t bother,,, Not a bad location but went with a group of friends,,arrived at 12 pm and genuinely took us until 2.30 to check in as you had to do it all yourself on a screen at reception,,,with very little help from the one girl on reception,,,, apparently she couldn’t check us in ,,,, but I saw her checking in smaller groups,,,,,,,, then given keys ,not all at once ,,, only to go to my room to find they’d given me my daughters room key (she was in another room) good job it was only me that went in the room as they could of been robbed !Did the same to another couple of the girls ,,,, then he decided that one of the rooms hadn’t been paid for so wanted us all back at reception!! Obviously it had been paid for and a lot of our group had already left for food as now it’s 4pm in the day ,so basically spent 4 hours in reception doing there job !

Stayed here for 5 nights.
Hotel in excellent location close to bars,shops & beach.
Quiet hotel apart from at times other guests slamming doors but that’s not hotels fault.
Food ok just a bit of the same most days
Pool good & always got a sunbed.
Staff very friendly & helpful
Downside was WiFi not great,chromecast on tv wouldn’t connect.
Maid service every day but was disappointing that bed never got changed in time here but overall a decent trip.

Honest review from 2 couples, age 30+ - stayed in 2 separate buildings so saw most of the place. We LOVED our time here and found the place very impressive overall.
Staff: helpful and friendly. Reception and bar staff quick and lovely.
Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean throughout.
Atmosphere: Chilled, relaxed, quiet vibes around the lovely clean pool. A good mix of people including families, friend groups and couples.
Pool: lovely although its true it does close at 6pm which in Summer, could do with being later really.

I don't know what people are complaining about.. this place is really, really nice. I think it's important to be realistic and remember that Magaluf is known to be a party resort as a whole, so I knew the chances might be high that I might hear people coming in late from a night out etc. If you absolutely want/need somewhere silent at night time, maybe don't book your holiday in Magaluf and go somewhere quieter.

My only negative is on 1 morning out of 4 there were some flies in the restaurant at unlimited brunch - I'd suggest could introduce some food coverings. That might be an unfair comment as it's probably hard to manage that, but would definitely be an improvement to keep food fresh particular the pastries.

Frederica, Guillermo what can I say the staff are amazing honestly so helpfully nothing too much for them!! 1st day and honestly never had this service here and been coming to Magaluf for last 10 years. Hotel is clean, staff are helpfull and go the extra mile! Any bad reviews honestly don’t know what they are moaning at! Here with my partner but when we have child would defo come here!
