Staff didn’t know how to make menu drinks

This hotel was a modern, echo friendly meeting with nice breakfast, and restaurant and bar. Rooms were clean and the service was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, walkable to variety of dining, shops, attractions, etc. very nice hotel, period. One item that needs change is the automatic light for the bathroom. If you go to bathroom in the middle of the night, the light would come on automatically and stay on for 5 min to shut off, waking your partner up, most possibly!!

The staff at reception was very helpful & friendly.
Daniel James in restaurant was excellent. He went above and beyond to serve us & help us with finding our stops on the map, very helpful!

Location is excellent, a few minutes to the metro. Great shops & cafes in the vicinity. Parking available next door for €22 per day. Rooms are on the small side. Beds are ok but a little budget style.

O hotel está muito bem localizado. Próximo aos principais pontos turísticos. Muito limpo e confortável e com um bom café da manhã.

Decent size room & quick check in/out

The hotel's policy does not focus on meeting the needs of customers or even on evaluating their complaints. We asked from the first day to change rooms because what they gave us was completely different from the photos on the site. The only exception was the smiling and willing to serve black girl who worked in the mornings. I would suggest that the hotel management take examples of behavior and service from this particular employee.

unacceptable room with a small window without a direct view of the city but you could see from a very small window. the bathroom was in front of the entrance to the room with a transparent door. the breakfast had a small variety with many shortcomings even in the items it had. finally it advertises that it has a gym while all it has is a bike and a treadmill. While it has a restaurant it was closed.

The staff were friendly and helpful. However ,washing facilities in the room were poor and privacy impossible.
I was also shocked at costs on patio. 24€ for a sandwich! 50€ for platter of cheeses, bread and anchovies. All beautifully presented but cost unrealistic.

O quarto era muito apertado!!!
A entrada do Hotel é apenas um corredor de acesso para a rua, parece a entrada de um hotel bem simples.
O Café da manhã é bom, porém todo o atendimento é feito por apenas um funcionário, que atende o bar, o restaurante, cobra a conta.
Achei bem aquém do esperado.

Really like the area. It was my second stay at the hotel. The rooms could be a little cleaner. The dresser was a little dusty. But would recommend.
