Le personnel était très gentil et à l’écoute

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre laisse vraiment à désirer, ainsi que les finitions (les câbles sont apparents au niveau de la tête de lit, les draps ainsi que les serviettes avant des taches marrons) nous ne sommes vraiment pas satisfaits. Le petit dej est tous les jours pareils et pas d’une qualité folle

Pros:

What I liked: 1. Breakfast (7/10). The food was always cold but tasty enough. There was a lack of fruit and vegetables. The menu never changed—it was the exact same thing every day for the entire 10-day stay. The coffee was decent. There were juices and smoothies—passable, though not amazing. 2. Pool (7/10). The pool itself was clean, and there were always sun loungers available. It was a shame the pool had such limited hours (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM). The ladders for entering the water creaked and wobbled; it felt like you might fall. 3. Hotel staff (6/10). On the sixth day of our vacation, a noise started coming from our room, making it impossible to sleep. When we reported it to reception, they said there was nothing they could do—which was strange. The next day, the situation persisted; when we contacted reception again, they tried to address the issue, but we ultimately asked for a different room. Thankfully, they were able to help with that. Unfortunately, that was the end of the positives.

Cons:

What I didn't like: 1. The most important thing—housekeeping—was a 1/10. We requested cleaning twice during our 10-day stay; both times, the service was appalling—or rather, practically non-existent. The first time, they changed the towels and made the beds but didn't change the bed linen. They mopped the floor but didn't vacuum it—which was really needed, given that sand inevitably gets into the room after a beach visit. The second time, they didn't even change the towels; they just made the bed again without changing the sheets—what was the point? A total disappointment. 2. The rooms need renovation or new furniture. The suite consisted of a separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room. The furniture in the living room was covered in stains; it looked so unappealing I didn't even want to sit on it—it was awful. In the bedroom, the beds creaked terribly, and there was no duvet—a nightmare. Decorative trim fell off the wall in the bathroom, and the cleaning staff didn't even move it aside, implying they hadn't even mopped the bathroom floor. The shower drain also worked poorly. Due to the lack of ventilation, towels wouldn't dry. All in all, I was left with a terrible impression of the hotel. I don't know where the rating of 8 comes from; it barely deserves a 3. I wouldn't recommend it for a vacation, and I won't be coming back.

Très bien
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé pour Magaluf. Personnel au top, qui savent parlé plusieurs langues dont le français, et qui savent conseiller sur les activité, transports etc ...
petit déjeuner complet, qui varie un peu chaque jour, nous nous sommes régalé, il y en avait pour tous les goûts.

Cons:

Seul bémol : la propreté des chambre qui n'est pas au top, ainsi que l'odeur de moisi dans la chambre ...

Muy buena estadía en Magaluf en Septiembre.
Pros:

Fuimos en Septiembre que es una epoca mucho mas tranquila.
Hotel muy cómodo, habitaciones amplias, se estaciona en la calle hay que buscar, pero se encuentra lugar mas o menos cerca.
Muy cordial y amablee la ateención de todo el personal.
Muy buen desayuno.
Se puede ir caminando a la playa, que esta a pocas cuadras.
Esta en una zona mas tranquila dentro de Magaluf.

Cons:

Puntualmente en nuestra habitación los ventiladores estaban algo sueltos y hacian ruido.
Pedimos mantenimiento para el dia siguiente, pero no pasaron.
Pero no insistimos, porque tenian aire acondicionado que andaba muy bien.

Déco originale et cosy . En retrait du remblai et au calme . 5 mn à pied de la plage des commerces et resto . Brunch de 8 h à 13h30 . Clientèle de trentenaires . Piscine agréable avec de nombreux transats

Vraiment pas dingue pour 1200€ la semaine
Pros:

Commençons par le positif, le buffet est de 8h à 13h donc on a pas besoin de se presser pour y accéder. De plus ce dernier propose un large choix de nourriture et de boissons de plutôt bonne qualité. Le personnel de la réception et du buffet sont très agréables et disponibles. La piscine et grande avec de multiples transats pour lesquels nous n'avons pas eu à nous battre en ce début septembre.

Cons:

Ensuite le négatif... Les chambres, la literie est vraiment pas agréable et très dure, la propreté n'est pas au top, les serviettes de douche ont été déposé sur les toilettes plutôt que dans le rangement dédié, des cheveux étaient encore dans le bac à douche, et la cuvette des toilettes étaient très bancales nous l'avons revissé nous même. De plus la "cuisine équipée" n'a même pas de couverts, de vaisselles ou encore de poêles ou de casseroles... Si vous cherchez du calme et du repos n'allez pas ici, les murs sont en papiers de riz, et nous entendons absolument tout, allant des personnes irrespectueuses à la piscine jusqu'à la musique du lobby. Donc voilà pour ce prix nous avions espéré mieux, nous ne reviendrons donc pas.
