Pros:

Amazing staff that were super helpful with any questions and requests I had. The room was gorgeous and the soaps were great. The property was also beautiful with the pools and beach access. The pools were never too full and there was always space for me on a bed.

Cons:

The bed was super squeaky unfortunately and the AC was super cold even at the lowest setting at 24 degrees. The elevators were a little annoying too because theres only two of them.

Pros:

Tudo maravilhoso. Ganhamos um upgrade para um quarto fabuloso. Equipe muito acolhedora, gostamos muito! Hotel bem mantido, quarto generosamente espacoso com vista ao mar de tirar o folego.

La proximité avec la plage la vue magnifique

Ce que je n’es pas aimer malheureusement beaucoup de chose on fait que mon séjour c’est mal passé !!
1/staff incompétent sauf petit déjeuner et voiturier et réceptionniste, sinon responsable a fuir d’ailleurs j’ai écourté mon séjour , beaucoup de chose mon déplu

Chambre confortable pour trois personnes

Évacuation douche bouché
Clim dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas
Le coffre est placé dans un placard au ras du sol pas très pratique d accès on doit se mettre assise par terre pour composer ́le code
Au petit déjeuner il faut commander 2 fois un cappuccino pour finalement le recevoir froid.
Demandé des œufs a la coque on les a reçu dans des coupelles il a fallu demander des coquetiers. Récupérés sur une desserte parce que personne ne nous les a amené a table.

L’emplacement

Cons:

Manque des places au bord de la piscine et transats à la mère pour les clients d’hôtel. Stress constant pour arriver le premier pour être sûr d’avoir sa place. Les pris des boissons beaucoup trop élèves. Manque de climatisation dans les assesseurs et dans le lobby. Beaucoup de bruit dans le couloir, aucun isolation de la porte

It’s okay, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

New hotel, has a great gym.

Cons:

It doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel more like 4 star. Staff inattentive, very slow, poor customer service. Around the pool area people reserve their beds from early morning so you can’t get a bed too. Breakfast, slowest service ever staff forget your orders so you just waiting there for hours. I know it’s a new hotel but somebody needs to upskill their employees to the right standards.

Good but required more attention to guests complaints
Pros:

The hotel is very stylish, fresh and very well located. There is no need to get sun beds on the beach as you can walk down from the hotel directly to the sea - that was the reason I choose this hotel

Cons:

Unfortunately, despite a variety of facilities, we had a bad experience due to negligence of the staff. For three nights we had a problem with an air conditioning turned on every night automatically at the temperature of 21 degrees. Note: we switched it off on purpose every night, however it is strangely repeatedly switched on. I left a complaint at the reception and it seemed a concern for them but eventually no one showed up to fix it. As a result - we both ended up having a cough and temperature at the end of our stay. It is really so sad the vacation was spoiled because of that.
The stuff at the restaurant looked lost at the breakfast - everyone had to catch them to order. The rest is ok.
