Lovely hotel in a good location
Pros:

Hotel was perfectly adequate for our short stay. Reception staff were always very friendly and helpful.
Location is reasonably close to central Madrid taking about 10 minutes in a taxi and also not too far from the train station or the airport.

Cons:

Rooms were quite small. Nowhere to put luggage and be able to walk around it

Great Hotel
Pros:

Great stay at the Crowne Plaza. We arrived off an early flight and got checked in by the amazing Paloma. She couldn't do enough for us. Spacious room, complimentary water in room and air conditioning was a blessing.
Breakfast had plenty variety to pick from, coffee was good.
We ate at the hotel one night and food was tasty with extremely pleasant staff.
Had small bites in the bar area, great service.
Hotel is located near the Metro for ease of getting about.
Loved our stay, and will be back next time we are in Madrid.
