Very accommodating staff, would stay here again.
Pros:

It’s a nice hotel, with kind and obliging staff.

Cons:

The lighting in the bedroom and bathroom are not the best, especially if you are trying to do your makeup.

I would recommend this hotel even though it was a bit expensive.
Pros:

I like the fact that I could walk out of the hotel and take a metro train which was less than 2 minutes walk which has 2 lines. Get a travel card and you can get to the centre in 10 minutes. Also getting to the hotel and back to the airport you needed to change once.
El Retiro park which was about 15 to 20 minutes walk and is a must place to visit to walk around. I was there over Easter and had processions in the park
I found a cafeteria of walking distance of my hotel on the same road.
Its called Cafeteria Haberlas Haylas. The breakfast is cheap and tasty and served by amazing lady who was always very polite.
One more thing that the woman called Tamara at reception was friendly and helpful.
I had a very nice juicy burger with chips at the hotel which I took to me room and ate it.
I had coffee there on 2 or 3 occasions in the main lobby which was lovely.
Very friendly staff.

Cons:

I didn't like the cost of the breakfast though many reviews say that the breakfast is quite good.. I wanted to try it elsewhere for variety of different types. The first day I got to the reception there was a woman who didn't seem very friendly or I didn't feel I got a warm welcome but the another woman called Tamara was very helpful.
The other thing is that the person next door to my room had his TV really loud on one night even at 11pm which was quite annoying. I would have complained if it had carried on but decided not to. I never understand why do they put people next door to your room when they have so many vacant rooms on several floors.

La única pega que pondría es la bala iluminación que hay en los baños que no es cómoda para maquillarse o peinarse porque yse ve bien
