Disappointing
Pros:

The room was ok.

Cons:

When we checked in, we were told that if we opted out of room cleaning, the money would be donated to a charity. If we want our room cleaned, we have to let the front desk know in advance. So we initially opted out of cleaning, but at some point we decided we wanted our room cleaned and get fresh towels. Even though we had requested it in advance, nothing had been cleaned when we returned in the evening. We asked for the room to be cleaned again the next day, but got the same result. After repeated complaints, the room was finally cleaned on the third try. In the meantime, I had to beg the night porter for toilet paper because there wasn’t any left. If I wanted a room with no service, I’d book an apartment, which would cost me far less than a room at the Crowne Plaza hotel.

Heel comfortabel en ontspannen.
Pros:

Een heel comfortabel hotel met een uitgebreid ontbijt niet ver van het Retiro park. Het centrum was heel goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer.

Cons:

Door de vele wegen met eenrichtingsverkeer had de navigator moeite om ons naar het hotel te leiden.
