Lovely
Pros:

We only stayed here our first night in Spain as we headed to Oliva with family the next day. Super quiet, extremely comfy bed and staff was very nice. Will stay again !

This place is lovely with incredibly helpful and kind staff
Pros:

It was lovely and spacious. The staff was incredibly helpful. When I had to extend my stay because my flight was late they gave me a discounted rate which I thought was very kind

Cons:

Nothing! I wish I had more time to see their restaurant and join their sports activities

Pros:

Hotel bem lindo e receptivo, numa ótima localização (fica um pouco distante do centro, então amamos). O quarto bem espaçoso com muitas comodidades. Banheiro grande. Cama grande. Mesa para trabalho. TV grande.. enfim. Ficamos bem acomodados. O hotel tem mais de um elevador, o que é ótimo para a quantidade de hóspede saindo e entrando.. Reocmendo para casais, famílias e grupo de amigos. Se eu voltar a Madrid em algum momento, vou buscar por este hotel.

Cons:

A cama não é muito confortável. É grande, com travesseiros e colchas bem gostosas, mas não é muito confortável. Mesmo assim, vale o investimento.

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y está limpio. El personal es muy amable. Ofrecen agua gratis a los huéspedes en la recepción. No había ruido en la zona, por lo que pudimos dormir sin problemas. En la habitación había una plancha y una tabla de planchar.
