Zimmer wirken modern. Die Bäckerei in der Lobby ist sehr gut. Lage ist okay.

Das Zimmer roch nicht gut nach unserer Ankunft. Es wurde auch nicht so ordentlich geputzt, es war überall staubig und auf dem Boden in den Ecken sammelte sich dieser mit diversen Haaren. Es fehlte täglich an irgendeinem Handtuch, meistens fehlte das für den Boden. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach und
zweckmäßig. Der Pool ist überhaupt nicht einladend.

Das Personal am Empfang! Freundlich und hilfsbereit , im Frühstücksraum eher unfreundlich ( nach dem Motto, ich habe keine Lust)

Solides Hotel für einen wunderschönen Städtetrip nach Málaga.
Pros:

Solides Hotel, welches an das Einkaufszentrum Rosaleda grenzt und ca. 2 km vom Zentrum Málagas entfernt ist. Das Hotel befindet sich somit eher etwas außerhalb in einem Stadtteil der Einheimischen, dennoch aber mit guten Möglichkeiten zur Verpflegung (im Einkaufszentrum gibt es z. B. einen Carrefour). Die Entfernung zum Zentrum war für uns nicht dramatisch, da man die Strecke gut mal nutzen konnte, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden (ca. 30 Gehminuten). Taxi/Uber kostete pro Fahrt ca. 8 €. Für das nächste Mal würden wir aber vermutlich ein Hotel wählen, welches näher am Zentrum liegt.
Das Personal war grundsätzlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sowohl der Check-In als auch der Check-Out waren problemlos und schnell.
Das Frühstück war solide und es gab alles Notwendige. Für Nachschub wurde immer frühzeitig gesorgt, sodass in der Regel nie etwas ausging. Besonders der Jamón war lecker.
Die Zimmer waren standardmäßig und ausreichend für einen Städtetrip. Wir hatten zwei Einzelbetten, die zusammengeschoben waren, dennoch aber groß und bequem. Die Klimaanlage hat anstandslos funktioniert und das Bad war auch ausreichend groß und durch eine Schiebetür mit dem anderen Raum getrennt.

Cons:

Befremdlich fand ich, dass es im Bad keine Klobürsten gab und man bei Bedarf dann das Hotelpersonal rufen sollte. Auf der Dachterrasse gab es zwar Liegen aus Metall, allerdings ohne Polster und ohne Sonnenschirme. Angesichts der Temperaturen ist dies optimal für Menschen, die auf ihre Haut achten. Handtücher für die Liegen wurden auf der Dachterrasse ebenfalls nicht bereitgestellt und hätten an der Rezeption geholt werden müssen. Dies ist auch nicht optimal. Leider konnte man für den Strand auch keine Handtücher ausleihen. Hier wurde man darauf hingewiesen, dass man im Carrefour welche günstig (7€) kaufen kann. Diese mussten wir aufgrund des Handgepäcks aber leider auch dort lassen. Beim Wechseln der Handtücher im Zimmer gab es auch etwas Probleme, da teilweise Handtücher vom Personal weggenommen aber nicht ersetzt wurden.
