Lovely hotel and great food, badly let down by how they dealt with the ants in our room.
Pros:

The food was lovely and breakfast was great every morning. The spa is beautiful and all the staff we dealt with were friendly. We really loved most things about this hotel and would have stayed again.

Cons:

On our first day we found ants everywhere in our room, probably about 100 of them, including in the bed. Someone came up and put insecticide powder down on the floor. That powder was still sitting there when we checked out six days later. Nobody came back to clean it up and nobody told us what it was. We weren’t offered a different room and nobody said sorry. The electric shutter in the room didn’t work either. We know ants happen in Spain and wouldn’t mark a hotel down just for that, it’s what came after that bothered us. We paid £1400 for six nights of hard earned money and expected someone to come back, clear it up and check we were alright.

Personeel uitermate behulpzaam, vriendelijk en gastvrij!
Uitstekend voor 5 tot 7 nachten!

Cons:

Je kan enkele kritische noten zoeken en dan vind je deze ook! Mag in de avond iets meer leven zijn tot bijv. 24:00 uur. Zouden ze iets op moeten verzinnen!

Bom hotel, mas pode melhorar
Pros:

Quarto excelente. Tamanho muito superior aos tamanhos de quartos da Europa, todos os quartos possuem varanda, área de piscina e spa incríveis.

Cons:

Sentimos falta de agilidade no atendimento no café da manhã. Além disso, algumas vezes ligamos para a recepção e não fomos atendidos para pedir room service. Pelo valor do hotel esperávamos uma equipe sempre disponível e solícita.

Tranquilo , limpio y cómodo.

Sara totalmente renovado, habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. La zona de piscina fenomenal tranquila.

Cons:

El restaurante un poco caro para la poca variedad de platos.
Desayuno, poco variado y en las tostadas que ponía aguacate y era una pasta que no estaba buena.
