Very central located, with great view out to the square with the huge wooden parasol structure.
Rather good quality of the rooms.
The rooms are best from 2'nd for an up.

Breakfast was amazing, the room very quite and the bathroom was big and the shower was great!... Service was the best! Thanks Sergio! Now my only complain is that my stay was too short!... The location is the best!

First time in Sevilla and this hotel was a perfect choice for us. Updated in a comfortable modern way, very clean, attractive, and right sized. Rooms quiet and very well appointed. Staff so enthusiastic, friendly and helpful from check in (Maria) to check out (Carla and Carlos) and reception/bar area (Tatiana). Breakfast buffet, service and menu spot on with plenty of choices. Located at the base of spectacular Setas de Sevilla (tickets good for 48 hours so visit at night with light show and again during day for views) makes for easy and safe walking/shopping/site seeing.
100% recommend.

For the positive, staff was very friendly and cheerful. Hotel is very clean, appears to be either new construction or remodelled. However, the rooms are extremely small- and uncomfortable. Booked a superior room- would hate to see what the basic room looks like. I believe our superior room provided a door to a toilet. Be aware that the shower and sink are outside of the toilet, within the tiny room. The bed is a foot off the floor to match the miniature bedside tables. Mattress is akin to an air mattress- and lumpy. Kleenex and wash clothes must be luxury because we did not have them. Walls are very thin. There may be a reason on why they have not updated the website and only depictions of hotel are shown. I am guessing this was a former hostel. I am sure it appeals to many
travellers however referring to this hotel as a boutique hotel is more than a stretch, it is entirely misleading

Great location, newly renovated hotel, clean and friendly service!

This hotel has an excellent location, we could walk to many places. We enjoyed a hot and delicious breakfast every morning. The hotel staff were wonderful, very attentive, especially the guy who served us breakfast every day. He was always ready to prepare our capuchino and he always remembered our food preferences. I recommend this place and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We can’t thank Maria enough! She went above and beyond! Her attention to detail and helping us have an incredible experience in Sevilla was amazing. She is fantastic! The staff was great! The location was ideal for getting everywhere. Walked to wherever we want to go. The facilities were very clean and well kept. Nice little bar and rooftop patio. There was no facial tissue, There were no shower caps. I found this lacking for a four star hotel. We were on the 2nd floor and it was noisy early morning and late at night. I would still stay here again on a higher floor.

The location is great! The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The only thing is the bathroom consists of a tiny separate toilet room a large shower room and the wash sink is open to the room.

Great location and very central to everything. Great friendly staff who obliged with anything. We weren’t in the hotel a lot due to being out and about. The rooftop sun deck/bar area was a must for sundowners although no drinks were being served up there so we took our own. Drinks are available to take up from the bar downstairs. It’s a great place to see La Setas and sunset.
The room, although small, was very clean and it was a great sleep experience with a comfy bed and lovely cotton sheets. We only booked a Superior room with no view but it did the job. Please be aware they are tight in space given the central location of the hotel.
Can’t comment on breakfast we went out as there’s so many bars and cafes available.

Great location. Easy access on foot to everywhere. Towels and glasses in room were not changed regularly enough but location was more important. Staff were very helpful and friendly and provided ice buckets, fresh milk etc.

Chose this hotel for its central location and it did not disappoint.

Lovely hotel easy to find with incredibly helpful and approachable staff who could not do enough. Lovely little bar within the hotel lobby perfect for pre dinner drinks, loved the addition of the sweets and cookies!

Rooms had everything you need, clean and tidy.

Very good breakfast selection, better than we expected with buffet selection and hot breakfast made to order.

Best view las Setas and sunset.
Great customer service.
