Pros:

Cleanliness, very calm despite some distant traffic noise. Very comfortable bed and clothing.

Cons:

Inadequate blind & blackout resulted in light in the room during the night. Also, bedroom terrace wasn't really private. Communication prior to arrival could improve.

Pros:

Exceptional hotel very close to the Camino Frances. It is located in a tranquil area and Helena is very welcoming. Dinner and breakfast are really nice too.

Terrible safety incident and poor staff response
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean

Cons:

One of our friends became trapped in her shower. The sliding shower door came off its track and was stuck slightly open so she couldn’t get out. She had a room to herself and screamed for help for nearly an hour. No staff are on site, they text you a Front Door & Room Code to get in. We eventually heard her and called for help

Cool calm and relaxed hotel. A little bit of class on a hectic camino walk

Like a sanctuary…
Pros:

This place felt like a sanctuary the moment I stepped foot in it. The love and dedication that went into it radiates from every corner. Rarely felt so quiet, natural, calming and beautiful being in a hotel.

Pros:

Hotel muy recomendable, decoración muy cuidada, cómodo y el personal muy agradable y pendiente. A 10' escasos de Pedrouzo caminando, por lo que ideal para última noche del Camino si te quieres dar un capricho.

Quiet, peaceful, modern setting for our last night on the Camino

Kind innkeeper, beautifully kept property. Modern and eco-friendly touches with lovely backyard. Quiet and calming! A bit off the beaten path, but worth it for the peace and quiet. Near a supermarket and short walk to restaurants.
