la pulizia era scadente, 4,50€ per 0,5 di acqua é tanto e anche il pranzo in piscina è stato molto costoso (103€ per 3 panini con patatine e 2 drink) seppur molto buono

Pas évident à Ibiza de trouver un hôtel fun qui accepte un ado de 17 ans. Comme c’est dès 16 ans nous avons pu y séjourner avec notre fils.
Un peu plus de choix au petit déjeuner, mais l’essentiel y était.
The hotel had a beautiful aesthetic and vibe. It was very kept and the workers were very attentive.
We had to wait an hour for our room to be ready but they upgraded our room for the inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated.

Staff on the desk were lovely and the hotel facilities/ interior are fantastic. Loved all the details around the hotel.
The actual hotel rooms are quite small compared to what I expected and I feel the suite didn’t feel have that plush vibe as we paid extra for a junior suite for the hen so I expected to see a difference in upgrade but it didn’t feel that much a luxury upgrade. The floats in the pool had mould on them but another than that the stay was great. Location wise its not super central so you will have to get taxis but uber was really fast / handy out there.

Clean, comfortable and great service
This is an instagrammers paradise. So many photo op spots beautifully decorated and thought out - but then you look closer and realise things aren’t quite as glam as they seem. Our room wasn’t properly cleaned during our stay - at first I thought it was pest droppings but it was just our mascara from the previous night. The pool area was tidy and clean however…

The receptionist acted like it was a hassle checking us in. No smiles, no welcome. Just mild irritation and indifference with little information on the room, pool or food/drink. Then the pool staff… horrendous. Apathetic, above it, slow, arrogant, seemingly hated the guests, forgetful, stand-offish and at times almost hostile. Matias was the only notable exception. We had an issue where our sunbeds, belongings and unfinished food and drinks were shoved forward so a workman could smash up the paving behind and around our beds - then - left it! My sister nearly stood on the rubble which would have been a hospital visit for stitches. When I told the woman at the bar initially, she acted like I was the one with the problem. Matias and the female bar manager then sorted it out - a whole hour later. It’s unacceptable treatment of guests for the £1400 price tag of the room for 5 nights, not to mention the extortionate food prices. It left a seriously bad taste in our mouths and I’d not recommend this place to anyone going forward. They don’t seem to really care about you unless you’re an influencer with a sugar daddy and overinflated lips.
