The staff were so friendly and accomodating. The hotel was so serene and peaceful and beautifully decorated. The bedroom was larger than we expected and very quiet and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was basic but adequate.

Cons:

Suggest routine check on small room maintenance items like TV batteries and squeaky doors but this is really minor. Mini refrigerator was missing some items on arrival.

Unser Zimmer war gross und gut eingerichtet. Blick auf Jerez. Das macht in der Sylvesternacht Sinn...
Von 11:00 bis 23:00 Uhr kostenlose Warmgetränke in der Lobby. (Nesspresso Maschinen)

Cons:

Das Patio wirkte ein wenig Stiefmütterlich.
Die Pflanzen standen, bedingt durch den vorangegangen Regen randvoll Wasser. Hier hat sich Niemand interessiert.
Dasselbe galt für die Gäste-Toiletten
Im Foyer. Kein Papier. Trotz Hinweis an die Rezeption war dies auch am Folgetag nicht abgestellt.
Kein Weltuntergang - nur erstaunlich.
