Vorsicht Betrug!

Dieses Hotel betrügt! Was soll ich positiv bewerten? Das sie es mit einem Lächeln tun?

Die Beschreibung stimmt leider nicht mit den Tatsachen überein. Uns wurde ein Zimmer bei der Buchung versprochen, welches einen Balkon hat. Leider gab es keins. Das ist für uns ein erheblicher Mangel. Und das tollste ist, daß dieses Hotel, zum Zeitpunkt der Besichtigung, noch zwei Zimmer mit Balkon aktuell auf der Angebotsseite von Booking.com hatte. Uns wurde mit einem Lächeln versprochen das wir kostenlos stornieren können, leider wurde uns dann später mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel dieses abgelehnt hat. Auch eine Neschwerde bei Booking kommt hat keine Abhilfe geschaffen. Offensichtlich macht Booking.com mit diesen Betrügern gemeinsame Sache.

Pros:

Der schlichte, etwas asketische Stil des Zimmers hat uns gut gefallen. Alles ist sehr sauber und stilvoll. Das Badezimmer ist komfortabel.
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Man ist zu Fuß schnell im Zentrum. Aber der nächtliche Lärm von Menschen und Autos ist weit weg. Man kann ruhig schlafen.

Cons:

Den Schalter der Leselampen am Bett kann man nicht vom Bett aus erreichen, die Lampen sind aber schön hell, um noch zu lesen.
Das Frühstück ist eher einfach. Es stehen zu wenige Tische für das Frühstück bereit, man muss sich mit einem unbequemen Couchtisch begnügen.
Es gab keine deutsches oder englisches Fernsehprogramm.

Perfect in every way.
Pros:

Perfect location to explore the city.
The staff could not have been more helpful in suggesting restaurants and booking for the Tio Pepe tour and Andalusian horses.
A lovely touch was that you could get a free coffee and pastry when returning to the hotel after a tiring day.
There was nothing that I could fault and would certainly recommend.
