We were moved due to someone else having ours but we're upgraded to a different location and an apartment. What we weren't told was that the location, although very quaint, was the scene of a very loud and full stage annual event that included music and microphone talking of some sort of play till midnight. Then the fireworks and then the people's tarted dismantling the chairs, hundreds and the stage including scaffolding till early hours. We had no sleep and had to be up at 5am for our flight home.
If we were told that the reason the road was being closed off was for the procession through the city, as we saw it and then the late night celebrations we would have gone elsewhere. Not impressed.

Fairly good and mostly quiet location with a Consum supermarket just around the corner. Not open on Sundays but there is a Lidl not too far away. Very comfortable bed. 2 TVs with Netflix.
Cleaning service every day if you want it.
Many nice restaurants within a reasonable walking distance.

The fridge is quite small. Nowhere to wash dishes except in the bathroom. No cleaning liquid.
The beach is very nice and about 20 minutes away but the not particularly nice toilets were closed during our last week, replaced with one portaloo despite high temperatures, beautiful weather and many people on the beach.
Sometimes noise from people and motorbikes during the night but the air condition can be used to mask it.
Smokers sitting on chair and benches everywhere, even on the beach, where smoking is prohibited.
I loved the fact that this was a loft and the bedroom was raised a floor about the little kitchenette and sofa. It helped so much with the heat outside since my stay was in August. The bedroom area was really nice and comfortable. The air conditioning worked really really well to cope with the outside temperatures and the blinds and windows were automated so that they still opened and closed despite being high up.
The bathroom was spacious and everything was clean when I arrived.
I only ran into one staff member on the day I arrived. I was there 3 hours before check in but my room was ready and she very kindly let me right in.
Location-wise, it's definitely a little far from Valencia's city centre, but it is possible to get to Malvarrosa beach within 20 minutes of walking (but not less). Same goes for the Oceanografico. For me this was ok, but it's 20 minutes to these locations and for anything else you need the bus or metro. That said the bus links to other beaches to the south of Valencia were great.
While the kitchenette had a fridge and cutlery, plates, cups, glasses and a kettle, there wasn't really any means to cook with. It's definitely more like having a mini fridge plus plates, glasses and forks in a hotel room, rather than cutting boards and cutlery with which to make a salad. If you're mostly planning on eating sandwitches, fruits and veggies, this would be fine for you. But cooking is not really possible.
I think it would be nice if they also added a cutting board and knives to the kitchen as well as dishsoap and a sponge to clean dishes with later.
APARTAMENTO MUY LIMPIO Y CÓMODO. TODAS LAS DUDAS, LAS RESUELVEN PRONTO. TUVE UN PROBLEMA DE DESAGUE Y LO ARREGLARON AL DÍA SIGUIENTE.
ES MUY DIFÍCIL DE APARCAR, Y EL PARKING ES TREMENDAMENTE CARO (LA NOCHE, NI 24HORAS) 30€. NO ME GUSTÓ QUE NADA MÁS ABRIR LA PUERTA ESTÉ LA CAMA, O SEA, DUERMES JUNTO A LA PUERTA DE ENTRADA. NO HAY CHAMPU Y EL GEL DE LA DUCHA ESTÁ AGUADO. LA PUERTA DE LA DUCHA SE ABRE HACIA AFUERA POR LO QUE SE MOJA TODO EL SUELO.

Camera pulita e spaziosa per 3 persone. posizione vicina alla spiaggia, mentre più distante dal centro.
Appartamento dotato di aria condizionata, e ogni giorno la donna delle pulizie puliva la nostra camera.
The apartment was clean and comfortable. It is close to the beach and you have a lot of small restaurants around and a supermarket was also nearby.
