Se podría mejorar y estaría perfecto
Pros:

Me gustó que estaba cerca del Hospital la Fe, olía muy bien, bastante limpio, camas cómodas, tranquilo, decoración moderna, la cocina está bien equipada, había kit de limpieza de cocina, cápsulas de café y también té, bastante acogedor con grandes ventanales y también contestaban bastante rápido al whatsapp.

Cons:

Que no nos avisarán que la zona estaba en obras, fué más complicado llegar.
Que no haya acceso directo desde el parking al edificio.
Eche de menos unos vasos para los dientes y un kit dental.
No había escoba en el apartamento.
Y lo que menos me gustó y me resultó incómodo es que no hubiera televisores en las habitaciones, tuvimos que abrir el sofá cama del salón para poder ver la tele y descansar.

L'appartamento è molto bello e accogliente, la posizione è ottimale poiché in 20 minuti in bus si raggiunge il centro o il museo delle arti e delle scienze/oceanografico oppure in 30 minuti a piedi, nel quartiere vi sono diversi locali e supermercati.
