Wonderful relaxing stay.
Pros:

Lovely facilities. Dressing gown & slippers in room. Great shower. Lovely breakfast. Chocolate on pillows & a pillow menu too. Great location, short walk to all sites.

Uitstekend
Pros:

Het ontbijt was fantastisch alsook de accomodatie en de kamer.

Tevens waren de massages top / uitstekend.
Heel vriendelijk en correct personeel.

Cons:

Geen echte tegenvaller; enkel een klein minpunt waren de hoofdkussens............te zacht voor ons.

Beautiful, comfortable hotel in a great location
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very big and also very clean. The bar had good wine and also great food. The hotel is very central.

Cons:

Unfortunately I had a number of things not working properly in my room to begin with. The phone volume was set to very soft and could not be changed. Noone could hear me. The vanity mirror light was night working. The mirror was later fixed by staff after asking for help. I was told a bit too late that the rooftop bar would not be open during my stay. It was too late for me to find alternative accommodation at that point. You really should give guests several weeks notice for such things. The room lights are too complicated, with too many buttons. Impossible to work out how to use them. Too many combinations

Cons:

The only reason we had booked this hotel was because of the rooftop area as this was my husband's birthday trip and his family wanted to surprise him there. However, the rooftop area was closed and there was no communication from the hotel prior to our arrival.

Pros:

Staff were polite and helpful especially Henry. Very disappointed though as we got an email the day before to say the rooftop bar was closed as that was one of the main reasons we chose that hotel. There was a sister hotel that you could go to but they charged €5 each time you wanted to go which should have been complimentary as it was nt our fault they closed the rooftop and said go to the other hotel.
Tv had some issues and despite me asking several times for someone to come and look, they never sorted it out which again was very disappointing. Overall the staff were good and they did do drinks and cake for my son as it was his 30th birthday while we were out there
