Schönes Hotel mit gutem Service und guter Lage. Buchungs/Zahlungsvorgang hat noch Potential.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, und das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich. Die Mischung aus à la carte und Buffet ist interessant, allerdings würde ich mir ausschliesslich ein Buffet wünschen. Eine professionellere und leistungsfähigere Kaffeemaschine würde den Kaffeegenuss sicher erhöhen.

Cons:

Der Buchungsvorgang über Booking.com bzw. über die Hotelzahlungsplattform war leider extrem mühsam. Die Zahlung musste über einen separaten Link erfolgen, obwohl Booking.com ausdrücklich vor Zahlungen über externe Links oder Plattformen warnt.

Nach erfolgter Zahlung (nach Rücksprache Booking.com) erhielt ich vor der Anreise eine Zahlungsaufforderung.
Zudem hatte ich bei der Buchung ausdrücklich Einzelbetten gewünscht, was mir jedoch im Voraus nicht bestätigt wurde.

Pros:

Tout était parfait !
L’accueil, la chambre spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée.
La situation géographique est incroyable, à 2 min du métro à pied et en plein centre.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Malheureusement le rooftop était fermé a cause de la météo mais nous reviendrons pour en profiter.

Comfortable Hotel
Pros:

Good location. Roof top bar nice. Beds are comfortable. Pillows comfortable. Room is clean. Bathroom clean and good shower. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is extremely good, apart from the coffee. The coffee machine in our room worked perfectly. The Marshall Bluetooth speaker was amazing. The chocolates on the bed, the foot cream, the body lotion, the straightener’s, all the little goodies were fab.

Cons:

The two self service coffee machines at breakfast were dreadful. The machines drove us and several other guests totally demented! They don’t work properly.

Excellent hotel. Exceptional customer service.
Pros:

Exceptional staff who really go the extra mile to look after guests. It makes all the difference. Gorgeous touches in the room also - water, foot cream and chocolates. Loved the relaxing music playlist.

Cons:

Bar attendants could be more attentive. Waited 20 minutes to order a drink and then decided to leave. Bar was not busy.
