Amazing relaxing city break
Pros:

Fantastic central location and suburb roof top bar. Lovely little touches of luxury provided eg bedtime chocolates, foot cream etc

Absolute gem of a hotel
Pros:

Its location was perfect , the hotel is beautifully decorated , spotlessly clean and there is great attention to detail . Everyday I was gifted chocolate , foot cream and lip salve left by my bedside . The breakfast was perfect endless choice of bread, pastries , fresh fruit , yogurt the list is endless.

Great hotel, good location. Would stay again.
Pros:

Great hotel, good decor and very comfortable rooms with great in room amenities. Staff were fantastic, although could have done with help at busy times. Bar had a nice choice of wines and bar staff were great.

Cons:

There wasn’t a lot not to like, perhaps understaffed during busy times when we were on the roof top bar.

A lovely modern hotel centrally located
Pros:

This modern hotel right in the city centre met all our expectations. It was unfortunate that we arrived on the last day of the huge Las Fallas fiesta and therefore the taxi dropped us a long way from the hotel as roads were barricaded off & we had a very crowded and unpleasant experience walking to the hotel. especially as we are in our late 70s. However, once we were in our room, we felt at ease and deciding to eat at the hotel later in the evening was wise due to all the firecracker noise outside (thank you hotel for supplying earplugs!). The breakfast choice was really good. Lots of little gifts were appreciated and especially some fizz and cake for my birthday!

Cons:

We overheard a guest arriving at Reception on our last day and they were given a map and shown the hotel's location., in addition to useful information about places to visit. Unfortunately the lady at Reception we saw on our first day forgot to do this and so we imagined that we had to suss this stuff out for ourselves. Not so easy with just a phone. The map would have made all the difference. We should have asked I suppose. Apart from that, all was very good.

It is very central. Easy to get to the lively pedestrian area. Plenty restaurants nearby. Staff were super friendly.
