Check in war eine Katastrophe. Wir standen vor der Tür und uns wurde am Telefon mitgeteilt, dass wir nicht gebucht hätten und es erst per Foto etc. beweisen sollten. Das Internet war sehr schlecht vor der Tür. Eine Einheimische Dame wollte uns helfen und hat eine Sprachnachricht verfasst. Die Antwort war, sie solle sich nicht einmischen. Nach einer ziemlich langen Wartezeit wurde ein Formular zum Ausfüllen geschickt. Alles sehr kompliziert und unfreundlich.
In der Wohnung war das Waschbecken verstopft, die Klospülung blieb manchmal hängen und es waren ein paar Haare auf der Bettdecke.
Geduscht haben wir nicht.

El retraso , la falta de profesionalidad , que nadie hiciera nada para minimizar las incomodidades vividas . Aún estoy esperando una solución a una camisa nueva de seda estropeada por una plancha en mal estado.

El apartamento tenía mucho olor a cigarrillo y estaba sucio

Realmente me hubiera gustado que se cuidara mucho más el servicio y la limpieza, la casa necesita mantenimiento y una limpieza profunda. No es normal poner edredones nórdicos sin fundas, no es nada higiénico que los huéspedes compartan un edredón sin un protector que se cambie en cada reserva.

No había paños de cocina, tampoco tasas, excepto una de plástico, para poder tomar un café o infusión. La basura de plásticos para reciclaje de los ocupantes anteriores estaba sin sacar y hasta arriba pero al menos no olía. En cualquier caso un descuido porque por lo demás estaba todo impecable.

COMPLETAMENTE SUCIO, hasta las sábanas tenían manchas

The location is the only thing this property has going for it. Beyond that, it was a week-long masterclass in how to treat paying guests with utter contempt.

We checked in to find bedding that belonged in a dumpster—the single blanket provided was once white (decades ago), stained, and smelled like a gym locker. Despite traveling with a 2-year-old and asking for a clean replacement daily, management completely ignored us. Their 'cleaning' standards are nonexistent.

The real 'highlight' was the elevator breaking on a Tuesday. Staying on the 4th floor with a toddler, a stroller, and heavy luggage, we were essentially stranded. Management's response was peak slumlord: a dismissive attitude and the 'immense privilege' of a 1-hour late checkout. The sheer audacity to offer 60 minutes as compensation for two days of hauling a baby up four flights of stairs is laughable. To add a final middle finger to our stay, the maids started banging on the door at 9 AM on checkout day anyway.

If it weren't for Booking.com’s excellent service (who were so horrified they immediately refunded us two nights' stay), this trip would have been a total loss. Do not give these people your money. They are lazy, the linens are biohazards, and they clearly despise their guests.

El sofá cama no era cómodo, se marcaban un poco los hierros. Pero bueno puedes dormir un par de noches.

La ubicación de la calle y sobre todo el wifi tenía que poner el portátil en la misma ventana para poder tener señal y trabajar

No te cambian las sábanas, te toca dormir con sábanas sucias ni las fundas cambian, ni la del sofá, las paredes sucias, la cama tenía manchas y olía a sudor y a parte no te dejan ni una cobija, te toca acobijarte con el relleno del nórdico que está guardado en el armario
