Pros:

Hotel ótimo, instalações super novas, bem decorado. Staff atencioso, com destaque para o Júlio no café da manhã, uma simpatia. Café da manhã buffet e a la carte muito saboroso. A piscina no terraço, apesar de pequena, também é muito agradável.
A localização também é boa, bem central, a uma caminhada de 15 minutos de todos os locais de interesse.

Super hotel, heel goed personeel.
Pros:

Fantastisch behulpzaam personeel. Fijne sfeer. Supergoede locatie. Zwembad was ook fijn. We hadden een klein issue in de kamer en dat werd uitstekend verholpen.

Très bon séjour et très bon hôtel une adresse à garder
Pros:

Bel hôtel, bien placé avec un parking payant sous l’hôtel. Le patio où nous prenions le petit déjeuner était très agréable. Le service était de qualité et très sympathique.
Une petite attention de l’hôtel lors de notre départ :
Le pare-brise de notre voiture avait été nettoyé

Lovely location in Granada
Pros:

The hotel was in very good central location. The room was very nice, spacious and clean (no view but it is squished in narrow streets, so unless you get a room overlooking main road there can be no view). Breakfast was in the beautiful main courtyard and was excellent. We liked that water and coffee was available in the Courtyard throughout the day.

Cons:

The only thing we really did not like and were disappointed with was the swimming pool - by far the worst of the four hotels on this trip ( and they were all small boutique hotels with similar setups). It was on the small bit of roof so crowded and far too shallow. There were not enough seats or umbrellas and the area around was unswept and not very appealing. We came once and never returned. Which is a shame because in all the other hotels it was a great way of cooling down after sightseeing, as the temperatures were high.

Pros:

Établissement idéalement situé et bien décoré.
Personnels très agréables et notamment la personne chargée du petit déjeuner qui d'ailleurs est très bon.

Cons:

Pas assez de transats pour la piscine et piscine assez petite
