Sehr modern eingerichtetes Hotel in bester Lage. Die Alhambra kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Leckeres Frühstück ist möglich.

Cons:

Die Anfahrt wurde vom Hotel sehr gut kommuniziert - war mit Google leider nicht zu finden.

L'appartement était tout à fait correct et fonctionnel.

Cons:

L'appartement n'est pas situé dans l'hôtel, ce qui n'est pas du tout clair dans l'annonce. Il est situé à plus de 5 minutes à pied, impossible donc de profiter des aménagements de l'hôtel tel que la piscine ou le petit déjeuner. C'est franchement trompeur !

Le hall des appartements et la décoration. Le calme et la propreté du logement. La literie correcte.

Cons:

Il manque des fenêtres donnant sur l'extérieur, l'appartement est sombre. Il manque une brosse pour nettoyer les WC, des mugs pour le petit-déjeuner (il y a seulement des petites tasses à café), le sèche-cheveux s'arrête au bout de 2 min et le réfrigérateur était en panne.

Fantastisches Hotel mit großartigen Angestellten

Wir sind vollkommen begeistert von diesem kleinen gemütlichen Hotel im Herzen von Granada. Wir reisen viel, waren aber noch nie in einem Hotel, in dem das Personal so dermaßen serviceorientiert war. Kleine niedliche Botschaften gehören bspw. zum Aufenthalt dazu. Auch beim Frühstück konnten wir von der netten Frau, die dort arbeitete unglaublich viel Freundlichkeit und Zugewandtheit erfahren. Das Frühstück ist lecker und wird (kostenfrei) ergänzt durch eine Karte, von der man sich bspw. Tortilla oder Ei-Gerichte bestellen kann. Die Lage ist prima - quasi mitten im Zentrum und der Bus vom Busbahnhof vor der Tür. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und geräumig, die Dusche auch sehr groß. Im Zimmer gibt es auch einen Wasserkocher und eine kleine Kaffeemaschine. Die Fenster halten den Lärm der Straße gut ab. Querido equipo del hotel: estáis estupendos. Wir kommen wieder!

Cons:

Wir haben eine Klo-Bürste vermisst - aber wissen auch, dass das in spanischen Hotels nicht unbedingt üblich ist.
