Pros:

Amabilité du personnel, grâce à qui notre séjour s'est très bien passé ( notamment Juan De) et qui nous a résolu un souci d'accès au parking et facilité toutes nos demandes. Rooftop agréable avec service de bar en terrasse sur demande pour profiter de la piscine ensoleillée. Lobby agréable et bien décoré.

Cons:

Emplacement proche d’un grand axe passant donc forcément un peu de circulation mais le centre de Grenade l'est globalement

An excellent hotel in the best possible location!
Pros:

The hotel is well kept, constant check that everything is working. The premises are as new. The restaurant is beautiful and quiet. The sraff is nice and helpful. One of the best hotels we have visited.

Cons:

We can't think of anything, we didn't like.

Pros:

Excellent location and facilities. Special shout out to all staff for getting out of their way to ensure our visit was smooth and easy. Communication was excellent even before our arrival. Very beautiful and clean hotel. Breakfast was also amazing.

Cons:

Bed mattress could have been a bit better quality but this is just a small detail. Would go back.

Séjour exceptionnel dans ce superbe hôtel !
Pros:

Tout mais particulièrement le patio très agréable avec la possibilité de se servir en boisson à tout moment.
Le personnel est chaleureux et attentionné.

Cons:

S’il faut trouver quelque chose à améliorer, ce serait la douche. En effet son accès avec la porte battante n’est pas pratique et les distributeurs de savon sont du mauvais côté

Das Boutique Hotel Luna liegt sehr zentral in der Innenstadt, um viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Wir sind sehr freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen worden. Unser Zimmer lag wunderbar, um die Osterprozessionen vom Balkon zu bestaunen. Das Hotel verfügt über ein sehr gemütliches Patio- hier konnten wir frühstücken - und im 3. Stock über eine Außenterrasse mit Pool; von hier hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt.
Das Boutique Hotel Luna können wir sehr empfehlen!

A very pleasant and comfortable stay in the heart of Granada, with several standout features that make this property an easy recommendation.

We stayed in a Deluxe Room, which was impressively spacious, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The extra-large king bed was a highlight, and the bathroom was generously sized and well-equipped, with thoughtful amenities including bathrobes.

The hotel itself has a beautiful central atrium that adds charm and character to the property, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Breakfast was also very good, with a satisfying selection and quality to start the day.

Service throughout the hotel was excellent. The front desk team was attentive, helpful, and consistently polite. A special thank you to Mari Cruz, whose warmth and professionalism made our stay particularly enjoyable.

The location is another strong advantage—central and convenient for exploring Granada’s main attractions.

One notable design choice stood out: while the bathroom includes a bidet, it does not have a hand-washing sink, mirror, or shelves. Instead, the sink and mirror are placed in the hallway area. We were told this allows one guest to use the sink while another occupies the bathroom. While the intention is understandable, the layout feels counterintuitive—especially given that the bathroom has ample space to accommodate an additional sink.

That minor peculiarity aside, the overall experience was highly positive. The hotel delivers on comfort, cleanliness, and service, and can be booked with confidence.
