Jocie (at the front desk evening shift) was super nice and kind to to us and the kids. She was patient and gave the kids 3D printed toys. Jocie also got us some forks when we forgot some.
Under the bed had wrappers and other items. The safe would not open.
This hotel is very clean, rooms are well appointed with everything you might need on your get away. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good and offered a variety of options. Convenient location off the highway- within a half hour to Sarnia, London, Grand Bend.
This hotel has clock radios in the rooms. We paid it no attention as we were on vacation, until the alarm went off at “6 am”! and then again later! The worst was when we realized the time was set wrong and it had actually gone off 4 am!!! Make sure to check the clock in your room.
The room was very nice i loved the shower
Cream or milk in the room would have made having a coffee in the room easier.
The breakfast, the pool, amenities and the location were the main reasons why we booked this hotel.
We had two nights accommodation and upon returning the to room on the second night the bed was not made up and the bathroom had not been cleaned. The front desk was advised.

Par contre un point à améliorer a l’hôtel c’est le service de chambre, la personne qui s’en occuper de notre chambre n’était pas très attentionnée, pas souvent des serviettes changées, papiers toilette, lit pas bien arrangé, porte de chambre restée complètement ouvert sans surveillance pendant plus que 4h c’est quelque chose inacceptable dans un hôtel comme Holiday inn

The location and cleanliness
Price a little high
The hotel is new and sparkling clean. We had the king suite which was large and comfortable. The walk-in shower was great. The best surprise was the breakfast provided with the room. I was expecting muffins and coffee, but it was a full breakfast buffet. Even the coffee was excellent. It was just what we needed before heading off for the day.
We had difficulty with the sink stopper in the bathroom sink. The basin filled with water and there was no evident way to empty it. The mechanism for the stopper was hidden behind the faucet. Not the best design for hotel guests.
