Excellent value, comfortable beds, will make this our go to place when we have a Toronto layover.
Pros:

The room was very clean, the staff friendly, the continental breakfast more than I’d expected and the price was amazing.

Cons:

The shuttle took a long time to come and it was very cold because you had to wait outside. If they could set up a text system to let people know when it was close, it would have been much more manageable.

Un homme de la réception nous a appelé a 11h15 pm pour nous dire d'aller porter a la réception un échangeur d'air qu'ils avaient oublié dans notre chambre. Très ordinaire quand on dort. Drôle de senteur dans notre chambre.

Great amenities! One of my best hotel stays. They had a wide selection for breakfast, it felt new and updated, lots of games and things to preoccupy us when we didn’t want to just sit and watch tv

Cool airport hotel with great vibes
Pros:

Tru was such a cool airport hotel. The shuttle was easy, free and so convenient. Staff had a good luminous attitude. Great vibes in there. Very inviting lobby and cool room with nice personal touch.

Dissapointing
Pros:

pickup from the airport

Cons:

I couldn't pay with my credit card on Apple wallet because the hotel disabled Tap function on the terminal. Also I couldn't pay via Booking.
The staff refused to help me out and forced to pay with the card available, wheres I didn't have any plastic cards with me. Feel very disappointed and forced to use the card, which I couldn't pay with
