Clean, nice looking, close to airport.
Customer service: Cheeky and rude behaviour of the lady checking us in. Her name might have been Shailashree if I recall correctly.
She asked all my and my husband’s data. She questioned why I only gave one phone number and one email. When I said I don’t agree giving all my data, she answered in a sarcastic manner telling me that she can simply cancel my booking. Subsequently, she was only interested in getting rid of us. We had to ask for time of the breakfast and other information which you would receive by default upon checking in.
Noise: The hotel is actually at the end of the air strip, so you definitely hear the airplane departing; really noisy.
Breakfast: the scrambled eggs.. I’m quite sure are not true eggs, rather fishy looking and feeling. Might have been made with egg powder. No bacon???
Cleanliness, room size and shower.
The shuttle only operates hourly in the morning.
The hotel was freshly decorated the room was confortable and i appreciated the walk in shower. The swimming pool was clea and easy to use. The location close to major roads was convenient for accessing the city and the surrounding areas as well
While i appreciate the effort for a different breakfast every day some days the choice was limited for me

Location is great. Really liked their complimentary airport shuttle service and wonderful staff. They also had a lot of emergency food and medicine supplies which was amazing, didn't have drive anywhere.
Would like to see microwave in the room. Had to walk down to the lobby to use.
Hotel is well maintained and clean
Airport shuttle is slow. Having to wait in excess ofb30 minutes after calling for an Airport pickup.
Wonderful staff. Really great hotel and location. Great ice and water machines. Free delicious coffee all day. Big comfortable room with a view of the airport as we requested. Great shuttle services, the drivers were very helpful
The breakfast the first day was great. The second day the options were a bit different, vegetables and turkey sausage instead of bacon and beans. These options were not popular resulting in big queues at the waffle and pancake stations
