Pros:

Hôtel très confortable et bien placé. Le personnel était extrêmement gentil et nous a rendu service. On a beaucoup apprécié le jacuzzi et la piscine. On recommande pour un séjour à Nanaimo.

Cons:

J'ai été perturbé par les fenêtres qui ne s'ouvrent pas. Mais les chambres sont bien aérées.

Overrrated
Pros:

The rooms are spacious, and you can find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.

Cons:

To start, when we checked in, they didn't tell us that parking wasn't included. The bathroom curtain smelled bad, like it hadn't even been washed. The rooms have no ventilation, which is so weird. I'm not sure if the bathroom fan is controlled externally, but it took forever to defog. Overall, you can stay elsewhere for a better price and the same services.

Great bed, lousy breakfast
Pros:

Friendly, welcoming staff, very comfortable, quiet, dark room and bed, very clean. Love the local indigenous art and stories.

Cons:

Breakfast bowl: kale seemed old, rice and quinoa was cold and covered in mayonnaise, guacamole was a bit brown. Made me very much wish I had waited and eaten at Gabriel’s Café.

Everything would be a 9/10 but the expierance at the restaurant lowered the ratings.
Cons:

The resturant and starbucks was very poor. Need better food, chefs and someone who is actually a barista.

I'm coming back to stay! Pls make the hot tub hotter ;)
Pros:

The bed was super comfy, the room was really nice! The couch was so cute, circular and chique. Hotel amenities also really nice. Love that the pool and hot tub is open until 11pm. The gym is great! So centrally located right in the heart of downtown, could walk everywhere. Loved the restaurants nearby. The staff were honestly so amazing, welcoming and kind. They were really great!!

Cons:

Hot tub wasn't hot enough. The desk for working was too close to the TV and not big enough. Wish there was a hot water kettle, wasn't sure how to make tea. A drinking water refill station on every floor would be amazing. Bathrooms were great and gorgeous but below the sink a shelf would be ideal for putting toiletries bags. Otherwise there wasn't really a place for it. The pull out bed on the couch could be way more comfortable. It was not. LOL. Too springy.

Clean comfortable and close to many things
Pros:

Our room was comfortable and clean, the hotel is a 15 minute or less drive to the airport/ferry. The hotel is near some really nice date spots (museums, cafes, casino, restaurants, and the harbour front walkway).
