Luxury 2 Bedroom Lakeview

When we Finally received our check in information a few hours before check in I didn’t realize the address was different than what was listed on the booking. The location was absolutely amazing right across the street from the Rogers Centre, as we had Bluejays tickets but it wasn’t close to what I booked!!! I booked a 2 bedroom there was one for 2 couples, a pull out couch and a single bed in the kitchen/living room. I was livid and text them right away the said die to the flood at the original site they moved us, no message to me or my husband to let us know this was happening! Not happy would never book with this company again we were extremely uncomfortable when in our living quarters all all weekend long!!!

Amazing location and property!

STAY AWAY! This Owner does BAIT & SWITCH! I booked this 2-Bedroom for myself (female) and my nephew age 37 for his 1st trip to Toronto. We needed 2 Bedrooms for 2 Nights. I paid over $600US. On check-in day Owner texted there was water issue and we could stay at another of his condos but only 1-Bedrm with Sofabed and he would refund $100. Available time 4pm we arrived 4:40pm. We had to wait in lobby for a female to finish cleaning and give us keys. A red pickup truck was in the parking spot. (I read this happened to previous customer but this can't happen again? wrong!). Back to lobby but Front Desk could not help. I tried texting Owner and finally I had Front Desk call him. FINALLY Owner gave alternate parking spot. I was upset with Sofabed for nephew. Thin, crinkly plastic mattress which made audible noises as you touched it, so I put 3 sheets to try to muffle crinkly sound. We tried the REC key the cleaning woman gave us to to access the Pool but key did not work. I texted Owner but no reply so we went back to Front Desk. They said to contact Owner. He was upset I asked them to call. My nephew did not sleep well on horrible sofabed. Owner requested rating of 10 - REALLY?! I asked for $100 Refund. Owner said he would Zelle, Then said his sister in USA could do Venmo. I provided all necessary info. I thought I would wait 2 months later to give him benefit of the doubt but ZERO payment. Don't trust this Owner. PROMISES but NO DELIVERY. The room was clean, location convenient.

Localisation et accès aux services ideal. Juste parfait pour 2 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants, cependant les lits et oreillers pas très confortables, et la chambre principale est très lumineuse, donc difficile si on désire dormir un peu plus longtemps, mais l’immeuble était tranquille et semblait sécuritaire. Il ne manquait de rien!

Great location. You’re paying for location here. Toilet seat was broken. Pictures were staged very well, it’s nice but again, location is paramount. We were supposed to get checking instructions 48 hours before and that didn’t happen. 2 unanswered messages and a few unanswered calls later a text came through. There was a pool listed as an amenity which never happened. Fob didn’t work for that and after a message on day one, host said they’d be there in the morning to help. Never showed. Never happened. Don’t expect a pool and don’t expect space. But again, location is worth it. Bathroom had a lot of hair that didn’t belong to our family. Not just in the tub. On the floor, in the sinks, everywhere. It’s too bad because the broken toilet seat and most of these issues are simply effort from the host. Don’t tell a guest you’ll do something like send check in instructions ahead, or drop off instructions for the pool, or send them a text at checkout saying please don’t review our family business bad online, just private message us the bad but give a good review. I imagine that’s why it’s rated as high as it is, that along with the fact that the location is great. But just a little effort from the host would change this place immensely.

This place was great! Clean, quiet, PERFECT location for going to Jays games. The parking/fob was a bit intimidating at first glance (we're not city folk lol), but the directions were perfect. Host was incredibly responsive to all questions, and gave us some great info regarding the area as well. Would absolutely stay again.

False Advertising and Poor Conditions
This was a deeply disappointing experience due to the host's misleading promotion of the property.
Firstly, the pictures shown were not of the actual apartment we stayed in. We paid for a "luxury" 2-bedroom apartment, but the space was completely different. One "bedroom" was a cramped, windowless space near the entrance, barely large enough for the small bed inside. The other "bedroom" had no windows or views, separated only by a glass door—nothing like the listing photos.
Secondly, the listing claimed the apartment could accommodate six people, which was why we booked it. However, the couch intended to sleep two could only fit one. Our parents had to go stay with friends because there was no place for them to sleep.
The apartment was not worth the money, and we feel deceived. As experienced travelers who appreciate good hosts and are always understanding of minor issues, we cannot recommend this property and advise others to avoid it.

The condo was in a great location and very clean. Main bed was comfortable. We didn't use the second bedroom.

A room for the 4 of us was very nice to stay in, coffee was provided, just a nice room to get for when you plan on needing somewhere to stay even with a couple friends. A staff member was nice enough to give us some water as the building was doing water maintenance which only lasted for 3 hours or so. Price was good especially split among 4 people. I would personally return again.

This unit is perfectly placed, close to the waterfront, Rogers Centre, Hockey Hall of Fame, etc. Grocery store right across from the unit.

Out of 8 adults (spanning through 3 rooms total for our stay) not a single one of us was happy or impressed with our stay.
Firstly, there is NO water view. Which is disappointing when your actual name is LAKEVIEW...wheres the view?!
Secondly, we found multiple issues with cleanliness and with the condition of things. The terraces are not anywhere near the way theyre advertised, the shower curtain rod held up with yellow old toilet paper, cupboard doors broken, barhrubs unable to hold water due to busted plugs, broken glasses with chips out of them that cut my childs lip before we realized the crack was there.
The property advertises a pool, when in fact the pool is ONLY for the residents who LIVE in the building, not for ypu who rents the location under the false advertisement of having a pool to enjoy.
Communication with whoever runs the place, is so terribly staggered or non existant.
We spent ALOT of money and chose your location simply because of the pool just to find out we arent allowed near it. Cleaning supplies are advertised as in the units and there was only windex.
Sercurity was absolutely ignorant.
And the communication was basically non existant ESPECIALLY with any complaints or questions we had.

And still on day of check out, we have received no communication other than manager begging for a 10/10 review and "no bad complaints"... ridiculous and HORRIBLE service and an advertisement full of nothing but lies.
I would not reccomend this property at all.
