Great Hotel, Great Location
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was a good size and spotlessly clean with lovely L'Occitane products in the bathroom. Great location, walked to most places of interest and bus stop just around the corner for getting to Granville Island and Capilano Bridge.

Cons:

Needed a physical credit card for check out which we were not told in advance but luckily we had one with us

Luxurious, clean, and extremely kind staff.
Pros:

Gorgeous boutique hotel. Perfect location. Close to the Hullo ferry and close to shopping, restaurants, etc.. The rooms are very luxurious. I have stayed in many high end hotels and this is the only hotel that all of the staff is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful.

夜中に目が覚めても怖くなく、自宅と同じように穏やかに快適に過ごせた。
枕、シーツは清潔感があり、気持ちよく眠れた。
入口や洗面所など、少し広めに造られていて良かった。

Cons:

シャワーの切り替えボタンがスムーズだったらよかった。

Excellent stay and a beautiful hotel.
Pros:

Location, nice and clean, quiet, nicely appointed rooms, great service from all staff.

Cons:

It’s on the pricier side but it is very nice as a treat.

Welcoming, attractive and comfortable hotel in a super convenient location
Pros:

The hotel had a very pleasant vibe and we found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The location was super convenient for accessing the harbour, sightseeing precincts and transport. Our room was a good size and very comfortable, including the bed.

Cons:

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Costo eccessivo per i servizi offerti. Servizio ristorante all'ultimo piano non fruibile. La camera non era stata attrezzata per 4 persone e abbiamo dovuto richiedere l'intervento del personale in ora tarda, ritardando il nostro riposo. Comunque, lo staff è stato disponibile. Importo della cauzione esagerato (50 % circa) in relazione al costo del servizio.

Amazing hotel, great staff, super clean.
Pros:

Loved the heated floor in the bathroom, how clean it was, how friendly the staff were. The chrome cast in our room wouldn't work so they upgraded us to an even better suite. Wonderful experience, will come back every time we're passing through Vancouver.

Not a great service!
Pros:

Good location. Nice looking

Cons:

They didn’t clean the room one day. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed in where you have to request housekeeping. For a hotel that isn’t budget-priced, this service should be automatic. The location is good, although the hotel in general and the room is quite small.

The restaurant had a pretty good breakfast.

Cons:

A minor nitpick. The superior king room was a little small with a lack of cabinet space to unpack clothes.

Pros:

The design is very modern, even the hallway smells good.

Cons:

No toothbrush/toothpaste in the room (basic toiletries) considering it’s a 5-star hotel. you can’t self-park and the inly available option is to valet park, so, if you extend your stay even if its an hour, they will automatically charge you two days worth of parking but they won’t tell you that. No tv options, all movies/music needs to be paid for $24.99 🙂 the photos look very spacious because they have it on 0.5x , but when you get i side the room, the ceilings are low.
