We are happy and satisfied while staying in your hotel
Pros:

The location is near in the places we want to go too. Very comfortable when we staying in the hotel and the staff there is very nice and polite.

Cons:

There's nothing i didn't like while we are staying in the hotel.

Nouveau luxury hotel in downtown Vancouver!
Pros:

Excellent concierge services! It was my first visit to Vancouver and the concierge was very knowledgeable about the city and made getting around for me quite easy. Also helped with booking a city tour. The hotel is both luxurious and homely, right in the middle of downtown Vancouver!

Comfortable and luxorious.

Great Hotel, Great Location
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was a good size and spotlessly clean with lovely L'Occitane products in the bathroom. Great location, walked to most places of interest and bus stop just around the corner for getting to Granville Island and Capilano Bridge.

Cons:

Needed a physical credit card for check out which we were not told in advance but luckily we had one with us

Luxurious, clean, and extremely kind staff.
Pros:

Gorgeous boutique hotel. Perfect location. Close to the Hullo ferry and close to shopping, restaurants, etc.. The rooms are very luxurious. I have stayed in many high end hotels and this is the only hotel that all of the staff is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful.

La posizione è centrale, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e con i mezzi pubblici. Lo staff è disponibile.

Cons:

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Costo eccessivo per i servizi offerti. Servizio ristorante all'ultimo piano non fruibile. La camera non era stata attrezzata per 4 persone e abbiamo dovuto richiedere l'intervento del personale in ora tarda, ritardando il nostro riposo. Comunque, lo staff è stato disponibile. Importo della cauzione esagerato (50 % circa) in relazione al costo del servizio.

Pros:

夜中に目が覚めても怖くなく、自宅と同じように穏やかに快適に過ごせた。
枕、シーツは清潔感があり、気持ちよく眠れた。
入口や洗面所など、少し広めに造られていて良かった。

Cons:

シャワーの切り替えボタンがスムーズだったらよかった。

Welcoming, attractive and comfortable hotel in a super convenient location
Pros:

The hotel had a very pleasant vibe and we found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The location was super convenient for accessing the harbour, sightseeing precincts and transport. Our room was a good size and very comfortable, including the bed.
