I recently stayed at this hotel in a family trip with kids and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff was exceptional—warm, professional, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure every detail was taken care of.

Stylish and well located, but not without its quirks
Pros:

On the positive side, the hotel is newly built, very well located, and the rooms are spacious, modern and nicely designed.

Cons:

During our stay, we had two notable experiences worth sharing for future guests.

First, the gym and spa facilities are not located on-site, which wasn't made sufficiently clear in the listing. Had we known this in advance, it would have influenced our booking decision. We'd recommend that the hotel make this more prominent in their description to avoid misleading guests.

Second, our room was cleaned at around 5pm, quite late after a full day out. When we raised this with staff, rather than acknowledging the inconvenience, we were advised to request morning cleaning ourselves going forward. While we appreciate the suggestion, we felt this response placed the responsibility on us as guests rather than addressing the feedback constructively.

Overall, the location was good, but these two points are worth considering before booking.

Pros:

I mentioned in my booking it was a trip for our 40th wedding anniversary and in the room was a bottle of prosecco, a rose and a card. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Lovely L'occitane products in the bathroom.

Luxury stay in great location.
Pros:

High quality furnishings & details. Comfy bed, nice large bathroom. Great location. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Rooftop bar/restaurant with great atmosphere and delicious food. Free access to YWCA around the corner.
