The reservation experience was ridiculous. Communication between myself and staff by phone was frustrating and not helpful at all. Nobody could agree or think for themselves regarding being accommodating for the early check in for my daughter and her partner's special wedding day. Would never reserve a room there again.

Exceeded expectations.
Pros:

Hotel exceeded our expectations. We initially chose this hotel for its proximity to a place we needed to go often during our stay. We liked not only the location but its design (and the quality of it), the comfort of the beds, the facilities, the cleanliness, the very good breakfast, the help of the staff. We would definitely be back.

Cons:

Only draw back was the non access to the yoga studio as it is private (for the condos). We wish yoga mats and accessories were provided in the gym.

J’aimerais un retour de la direction. Je compte revenir à Montréal du 16 au 19’octobre.
Pros:

L’aménagement de l’hôtel, les espaces extérieurs du 5e et de la piscine. L’architecture intérieure, la localisation

Cons:

J’avais demandé de pouvoir arriver plus tôt à notre chambre comme nous partions de Québec et que nous étions avec notre fille. Aucun retour, selon un courriel le lendemain de notre départ.
De plus, j’avais spécifié une chambre calme et vous nous avez proposé une chambre sous le gymnase des propriétaires. Nous nous sommes faits réveiller à 5h30 et 6h00 les deux matins par des bruits d’altières tombant au sol. Nous avons demandé une compensation et un retour du directeur à la personne au comptoir au Check out et nous n’avons eu aucun suivi.
De plus, nous avons croisé une escorte et son client dans l’ascenseur avec notre fille de 11ans..:
