Petit déjeuner affreux manque de tout 1 personne pour gérer le petit déjeuner approvisionner tous les rayons débarrasser les couverts laver la vaisselle nettoyer les tables.... à revoir rapidement

Une amie a logé au même hôtel que moi et a payé 50$ de moins la nuit
Breakfast was good but not hot enough on a raté to 1-10 I would give 6-10
The service costumers they call taxi for me but never came the person at customer service was new didn’t know what to do

Le côté pratique, pas très loin de l’aéroport de Montréal, les centres commerciaux.
Bonne literie et petit déjeuner plutôt bon, mais ce n’est en aucun cas un hotel de charme

À notre arrivée la personne nous a remis la clé sans la moindre explication.Et le rapport qualité prix n’est pas terrible.
It was a great location!! Lots of shopping within walking distance.
- The first morning we waited 30 mins to get breakfast ( 8:30 ) all that was available were bagels and yogurt. We had a lactose/ gluten intolerant child with us.
We decided to go to the grocery store and get our own breakfast ( we had a suite with a hot plate and fridge)
Needless to say, I paid for a hotel breakfast that we didnt eat.
- The shower grout had some pink staining everywhere, and the walls were very dirty.
- 1 small roll of toilet tissue for 4 people for the 3 day stay.

Les matelots de lit n’était pas assez fermé. La femme de ménage a reçu mon pourboire pour changer un seul serviettes sans faire le ménage. Sommes tout, nous avons apprécié notre séjour et nous y retournerons sans hésiter si nécessaire!
The hotel was very clean staff was professional, friendly,courtesy,room was very clean spacious.
But the continental breakfast was so so could be better but overall I would go back and stay and recommend it to my friends that travels that way.

Sehr großes und geräumiges Zimmer. Eine kleine „Küchenzeile“ hat es mir ermöglicht nicht unbedingt auswärts essen zu gehen. Sehr bequemes Bett. Alles in allem empfehlenswert
very calm hotel close to highway :)
Clean
the music in the dining room in the morning, way too loud ! We should have had classical calm music or something similar, not 80's pop loud music.. very disturbing, again to us it was disturbing so we stayed the least as possible and an away after our breakfast
