Convenient and close for Roger’s center event

Right downtown within easy walking distance to many shops and places to eat.
The room I was provided was distant from presented at the reservation.
We stayed 2 nights in June. The booking and check-in process was awful. The property itself was very good.
The pre-registration and check-in was more like a rental than a hotel. The fine print on the Expedia reservation doesn’t capture what they expect. In addition to providing a photo of your ID you must also provide a live selfie and a photo of your credit card.
Then they tell you that you will receive check-in instructions only SIX HOURS before check-in.
2.5 months after doing this, I was asked to do it all again online.
On check-in morning, they asked for an eTransfer for a damage deposit. In order to use my credit card instead, I had to hand-write a 90 word authorizing statement using their prescribed language, sign and date it, then take a photo of the signed statement, including in the picture my ID and my credit card.
On check-in at the lobby desk I had to enter all my information again on a web form using my phone.
The is in a great location, with spectacular views that looked north and east. The condo unit itself was relatively well-equipped. There were some areas of wear.
We found a Blink HD security camera on the inside of the condo unit, mounted over the bathroom door. It was very disconcerting.
The condo unit wasn’t large and the layout seemed inefficient. The floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors were great for the view, but the bedroom curtains did not block the light in the AM.
Amazing condo, but I’d think twice about booking here again.

They cancelled on me last minute while i was actaully in the building, leaving me with nowhere to stay at 8pm in a foriegn city
It is a scam!!!! Be careful. They have relocated us. Lied to Expedia that we stayed at the original location. We have escalated the problem to higher. We have send proof of their fake advertisement and they are being under reviewed. We paid something we didn’t get. We book for 3 people. Paying for a sofa bed and a queen bed. We got a sofa only and a twin bed. Apparemment was dirty and someone was living their. They had their clothes and other stuff. Expedia is investigating their scam. Look at other people review. All saying it is a scam. Be aware. Pictures are not what is promised.
They confirmed to Expedia we stayed at the address on file and we ask for extra towels. Using someone identity and lying to Expedia.

The condo we stayed at even told us what they are doing is illegal and they are also being investigated by their condo board.
The condo was gonna call the cops on us because we were renting illegally even though we paid for the condo.
A shame to the owner of this account.
Changed location on us, we ended up on queen st. Poor management. No towels in the condo, no tv, horrible communication management hasn’t even called to apologize or talk or even call back. Mold in the shower and everything didn’t work in the condo no dishwasher no cutlery ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

Incredible view of Toronto!
The wind is strong and the apartment is not well soundproofed. Since the apartment is located on such a high floor, the wind hits very hard and this can be heard inside.
On the contrary, it is exceptionally well located, there cannot be a better place in Toronto if you are looking for a location. It was very easy to contact the host team, the apartment has all the necessary amenities for a stay.
J’ai demandé d’arriver plus tôt. Non seulement, j’ai payé des frais supplémentaires, mais la chambre n’a pas été nettoyée. En guise de compensation, j’ai eu droit à un "désolé" qui n’avait pas l’air sincère. Une compensation financière? Oubliez ça. L’hôte est guidé par 3 valeurs: le fric, le fric et le fric.
Les draps et les serviettes sentent le chien mouillé, comme s’ils avaient été oubliés dans la sécheuse pendant des jours. Le matelas est franchement inconfortable avec tous ses ressorts.
Le détecteur de fumée a été arraché au plafond. J’imagine que ça coûte trop cher mettre des batteries. Tant pis pour votre sécurité.
This unit is inside ICE Condos, which is notorious for having issues. During our stay, the elevators broke and the water was turned off without notice. When we messaged the host regarding the water, we got radio silence - even despite me messaging multiple times and them having answered other questions.
The kitchen was not well stocked. And I never heard back about whether I got my security deposit back or not.
The good thing is location and nice views.
Very conveniently located, several minutes walk to Toronto Train station, Convention centre, and Toronto Tower
Amazing view
Very nice suite on the 55 th floor. Very quiet. 3 minute walk to Scotiabank arena. Everything is close by. Shopping across the street and close to restaurants.
The bed collapsed on us in the middle of the night. There was no toilet paper to be found anywhere. The location is great and the views are good from the unit.
Thank you for a wonderful and convenient stay. I will book again for sure :)
This property was not as advertised. It was completely different from the pictures. It was dirty, the floor was sticky. There was a half used tube of toothpaste in the sink. The Brie in the picture was not the apartment we ended up with, shocking property, we ended up leaving and booking an alternative
Excellent location.
The building is on a cul de sac that also has Scotiabank arena and Union Station( if only i knew this before). There's a grocey store and Starbucks at street level of the building. The aquarium, CN tower and Rogers Center are less 10 minutes on foot.
