Great Stay
Pros:

It was so clean and well equipped. It was so safe at entry to the lobby and our room. Location suites us although a distance from the town would put some off, but only a 25min walk. Near nice bars and restaurants.

Cons:

Nothing......I even enjoyed the balcony over the lorry park.

Hôtel moderne et propre, mais séjour gâché par le bruit et un manque de confort pour les familles.
Pros:

L'établissement est récent, bien entretenu et propre.
Les installations et les équipements généraux sont de qualité.
Toute la communication est très fluide et peut se faire via WhatsApp.
Le quartier est animé ... Mais (il faut le savoir) l'hôtel est à 30/40min en Tramway du centre ville.

Cons:

La première nuit, nous avons été réveillés à plusieurs reprises par le train, puis vers 7h45 par des bruits de travaux. Le deuxième matin, réveil à 8h par des voisins qui parlaient dans le couloir.
Le pommeau de douche est fixé très haut sur le mur (sans flexible réglable/amovible), ce qui rend la douche des jeunes enfants particulièrement compliquée.
Le matelas du canapé-lit n'est vraiment pas fait pour 2 personnes, même 2 jeunes enfants; il s'affaisse et forme un creux important au milieu.
L'emplacement est moyen, ce qui rend le rapport qualité/prix vraiment pas intéressant.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Property is well equipped and had everything we needed. Spacious accommodation which was very clean with nice views. Nearby places to eat and public transport handy. We would use this property again if visiting Toronto.
