Please inform Sonder at Artesa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of CAD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Parties, excessive noise, and smoking are not allowed. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided Roku for streaming. Complimentary luggage storage is available in the lobby.

It would be a lovely property if it was dropped downtown it would be perfect but we were still 2.5 miles from the centre
Pros:

The property in itself was lovely, great apartment, modern and clean.

Cons:

The location was not to our liking, the apartment itself was spotless but as soon as we walked in we knew we were not staying as didn’t feel comfortable

Super emplacement!
Vue exceptionnelle sur Toronto. Terrasse incroyable.
Confortable. Idéal pour deux couples et/ou les familles!

Cons:

Seul bémol aura été l'odeur omniprésente lors de notre première nuit et le lendemain en lien avec les clients nous ayant précédés. Ces derniers ont probablement cuisiné sans ventilation. Il s'agissait d'une très forte odeur d'épices imprégnée dans les draps, les serviettes et les tissus de l'appartement (sofa, coussins, tapis, etc.). Nous avons dû faire ventiler l'appartement toute la nuit et le jour suivant pour faire réduire l'odeur. Ultimement, au bout de 2 jours, l'odeur s'est dissipée bien que toujours présente. Le personnel de la réception a été avisé, mais peu de solutions nous ont été offertes autrement que de faire ventiler en ouvrant les fenêtres et le fan de la cuisinière.

Modern and functional with everything you need for a short stay
Pros:

Modern and functional. The washer and dryer were really handy and it was in a great location near the west village. Easy to get to street cars.

Cons:

Not close to subway and the bed was small and a little uncomfortable. Not lots of space to have 2 bags.

The noise ….. each bedroom had ear plugs… this was not
made clear when I booked… very noisy bathroom extractor fan… if I had known I would not have booked the place…. Never again… guests should be told all the facts…

Pros:

Wunderschönes, neues Apartment mit Balkon auf Skyline von Toronto, Küche und allem was man braucht.
Lage ist in Ordnung, mit Uber in ca 15-20 Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Parking ist etwas umständlicher zu finden, da es nicht ganz klar beschildert ist.

Horrible keyless system does not work
Pros:

The apartment was clean and well equipped.

Cons:

Horrible experience finding the parking lot and moving around the premises due to the ridiculous system they have. Carless and full dependence in electronic means is just stupid, confusing, not practical, a waste of time and energy.

The perfect place to rest and recharge after spending the day exploring the city.
Pros:

The location is perfect, especially if it’s your first time in Toronto, as it’s close to bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets if you don’t want to eat out every day. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and very friendly.
