Hotel reflects deferred maintenance.
Pros:

Location

Cons:

One of three elevators didn’t work. This nothing new as we were here 2 weeks ago and same problem. No shampoo in shower with broken shower components. Next visit will stay in the Hampton Hotel nearby

Hotel lovely, very accessible to Dartmouth Crossing Shopping.
Pros:

Location was great for us. Hotel lovely.

Cons:

We had some problems with our key card that we spent about 40 minutes being locked out of our room trying to resolve. It was disappointing as we had planned to utilize the pool during this time and missed out,
