Nice hotel but needed more clarification on the billing and cleaning could have been better.

The hotel was nice

Cons:

I did not like the way the charges were split into 2 bills. I signed a form when we checked in and got 2 emails with separate charges. It was confusing. We have stayed at this hotel for the past three years. It is convenient and we like it. It is confusing when the charges are split into two charges! The bathroom had someone else’s hair on the shower and floor. It could have been cleaned better. I had to call the front desk for more amenities. This is a nice hotel but lacked a few things.

Pros:

Staff as always very nice and friendly. Nice room good location

Cons:

Room was not well cleaned. Bathroom needed a good scrub down. Area around toilet tissue was grubby, dirt in corners.. If I'm paying $268 for a room I expect it to be in top form. I usually find this hotel exceptional but not this time.

Good for an average stay.
Pros:

There was an indoor pool and the room was a good size. Nice breakfast choices.

Cons:

The pool temperature was too cool and there was no hot tub. The pool room was also on the cooler end and the pool towels are small and not great quality.
