I'll be back!!!!
Pros:

The staff was exceptional. After a 30hr flight delay, and a very long story, the front desk upgraded my room to a suite at no charge! (I didn't even ask!!!) Then, on the return home, I had two more delays and cancellations. The front desk put me right back in my suite at the same cost! I'll be back for sure!

Cons:

Nothing! Even housekeeping was willing to do every tiny little thing to make me comfortable. They didn't mind my 4-year-old granddaughter rollerblading in the hallway lol

This Holiday Inn location is very special. I don’t usually expect much from HI but this one’s really worth staying in.
Pros:

It’s very new so everything is so clean and we also love the breakfast!

Cons:

They don’t provide slippers although I can understand that for most 3 stars hotel and also sometimes I think that’s even better to reduce waste.

Many conveniences in one place, comfortable and hospitable.
Pros:

Great buffet-style breakfast! Eggs, sausage or bacon, baked beans, potatoes, pancakes, plus the typical continental breakfast items. Loved the self-serve coffee/tea station that was stocked all day. Nice pool, not cold, also not too warm. Front desk staff were friendly, professional and attentive. Room had lots of lighting settings, outlets, USB ports, and the A/C worked well. The windows can be opened a few inches for fresh air if desired. Nice showerhead in the bathroom with three settings. Dove products supplied in shower and at sink. In-room safe (not bolted down though). Overall a modern and well-provisioned room. Lots of parking, and you could use your key card to enter the hotel from the back. Key card required in the elevator and for the fitness room and pool. Also, they have two washers and two dryers ($2.50 each at time of writing).

Cons:

The beds were comfortable but too soft for my personal liking. If you have back issues and need something supportive, these might not be the best for you. They were plush and cozy though. The fitness room was ok but needs to be cleaned better. Lots of dust and hair in the corners and borders. Only one small surface between the two beds in the room, no nightstand drawers. Kinda crowded for everyone's books, phones, personal items...

Cons:

We choose the hotel because it had a pool . The day of checkin, receptionist told us the pool wasn’t working - 2:30 on the 30th. The following day, the next receptionist lied and said they found out late the night of the 30th that the heater for the pool wasn’t working.
Breakfast - no bowls, cups or cream
