Pros:

The place itself is in excellent location. Quiet, clean comfortable. The view is amazing from our unit. All the amenities are in good condition and the communication with the staff is on time but no person to person encounter it’s only thru text and email.

Cons:

There’s no luggage drop off when we had a late checked out and we would still have enough time to explore the city while waiting for our flight at 7pm. So we have to wait in the airport just to kill the time instead of exploring Montreal.

This place was a perfect location and had a great vibe, would definitely recommend
Pros:

The Maison Place Royale was in a perfect location, very walkable to old montréal and not too far from the transit and great food. The place also felt very inviting and safe with a main code and room code. Great help through email even though management is remote, everything was smooth when needed.

Cons:

Although there were new sheets, towels and paper products we felt that the floor of the place could’ve been a little cleaner. Besides that everything was perfect.

Charme et calme. Très bien placé
Pros:

Localisation parfaite dans le vieux Montréal
Appartement avec beaucoup de charme et confortable, très lumineux.

Cons:

Il n y avait pas assez d ustensiles de cuisine pour préparer un repas.c est dommage car les restaurants à Montréal sont très chers et on aurait aimé cuisiner un peu.

Cons:

Some coat hooks would be advisable, and you should warn people about the insanely loud music being piped onto the sidewalk by the resto below - very, very loud

Ottima posizione. Molto pulito. Bagno ottimo. Checkin facile.

Cons:

L'appartamento affaccia su una strada molto rumorosa. Sono stato svegliato dai rumori durante la notte, più volte, nonostante i tappi per le orecchie. Attenzione: tra il prezzo proposto in mappa e quello effettivo, ci sono costi importanti (tasse e pulizia) da aggiungere al totale.

I loved this place and would definitely recommend. Great location, equipped with basic appliances to cook, pet friendly!
Pros:

Exceptional location, very clean and warm, pet friendly, comfortable, well equipped, as described in photos.

Cons:

The only downside is that there was a fire alarm test on the day we left so we had to carry our very heavy luggage 😵
