Lovely! Great location! Comfortable and clean!

Cons:

Some coat hooks would be advisable, and you should warn people about the insanely loud music being piped onto the sidewalk by the resto below - very, very loud

Great location, great place!

This was an overall great place to stay. The location was perfect in old montreal, the apartment was nice and had everything I could need, and the people running it were friendly and helpful.

Ottima posizione. Molto pulito. Bagno ottimo. Checkin facile.

Cons:

L'appartamento affaccia su una strada molto rumorosa. Sono stato svegliato dai rumori durante la notte, più volte, nonostante i tappi per le orecchie. Attenzione: tra il prezzo proposto in mappa e quello effettivo, ci sono costi importanti (tasse e pulizia) da aggiungere al totale.

I loved this place and would definitely recommend. Great location, equipped with basic appliances to cook, pet friendly!
Pros:

Exceptional location, very clean and warm, pet friendly, comfortable, well equipped, as described in photos.

Cons:

The only downside is that there was a fire alarm test on the day we left so we had to carry our very heavy luggage 😵

Really great visit would recommend / visit again.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. It was ideal for what we required & great location. It actually snowed whilst we was there & the foot path was clear outside. It was easy to access coffee shops / restaurants & even walking around Montreal itself.

Cons:

Unfortunately the sound of the construction / rubbish collection was extremely early so would wake us all very early.

Amazing stay with great views and perfect surroundings.
Pros:

We loved the space, it was big and had perfect facilities. Having a washer and dryer was a big yes for us!

Cons:

Possibly the elevator doors being easier to open as it was a tad hard when we had two suitcases and carry on bags to hold as well

Spacious apartment in a beautiful neighbourhood
Pros:

I liked how spacious the apartment was. I loved having access to the washer and dryer and the apartment was incredibly clean when I arrived. The location is lovely. Despite there being many restaurants on the street below the apartment was nice and quiet.

Cons:

Upon arrival the sofa in the living room had a few holes. The fabric/sofa may need replacing. It did not fit in with how well the rest of the apartment was maintained. Late checkout is quite pricey, and even when I did pay it the cleaner showed up at the early check-out time and tried to access the apartment while I was still getting ready and had 2 more hours in the apartment. There needs to be better communication between the booking staff and cleaners. I was quite taken aback when someone tried to enter the apartment while I was half naked, it left a bit of a bad taste in the last few hours of my stay.

Loved the understated luxury and comfort
Pros:

Beautifully renovated and comfortable place to stay in great location with prompt responsive and courteous staff

Cons:

Pillows bit too thick, although some prefer that. Perhaps also provide thinner ones. Fan for bathroom in the closet near the entrance was a bit loud and although closing the closet doors reduced the volume it still hummed audibly in the rooms. But we got used to it. Those issues didn’t prevent us loving the place.
