Pros:

I, in fact my whole family loves to stay at this property.Easy access to whole down town.People who buy City Pass for Toronto attractions accept Toronto Zoo all attractions are near by from this property. I feel like I m leaving in my own house with family and did this tour.

When we arrived I noticed fingerprints along the glass that goes up the stairs and a fair amount of dirt on the stairs. We were there for a whole week, and ran out of toilet paper the 3rd day with 12 of us staying here but no big deal, we went to buy some.
The crib/playpen they provide is a very outdated playpen with an unsafe mattress in it. We only used this for supervised naps as it felt too unsafe to use over night.
Upon receiving $121 back from our $500 damage deposit we received a notice that 2 blankets had a small stain on each or them, apparently a decorative pillow in the living room was stained, so we were also charged for that. And a shelf in the fridge was broken, which none of us recall breaking. Before checking in to the complex the host was very responsive, when I reached out for more pictures and explanation of the “damages” it took about a week to hear back.
