Absolutely Fantastic 💖
Pros:

Where do we start?
This apartment was amazing 😍 the views were magnificent - waking up to the view of cliffs, sea and private pool every morning through the floor to ceiling glass walls! - it was clean and comfortable with a fully fitted kitchen with quality appliances, even a washing machine and dryer if you feel that way inclined! Towels and toiletries (which smelt lovely) were included and bathrobes always make it feel that extra bit special 🙂 Plenty of seating areas inside and out and Aircon throughout which was a godsend! And the pool!!!!! It was lovely - deeper than expected and long enough to have a little swim to cool down!

Now onto the staff -They were so friendly and helpful and made us feel truly welcome, ❤️ they were fantastic right from booking to checkout, no question was too much for them and the response times were great, they were also more than happy to book our taxi back to the airport at the end which arrived as planned.

There is the option of a fridge fill (at a charge) before arrival which was well worth it. No need to race off to find the shop for supplies which was great and allowed us to have time to chill by (and in) the pool with a nice cold drink before exploring the area.

Finally, the additional special touches for my birthday were so lovely and appreciated ❤️

One review I read mentioned the bins, this is not an issue, it is self catering so only fair that you take your own rubbish out, the bins are off site but literally a minute or so up the road so no hardship!

The big Lidl and super Dino super markets are both about 10 mins walk away, and while it is uphill to walk back it's not too bad.

The location is high, so a steep walk down to the town, so you do need to be mobile if you want to explore, but we soon found that local bars were happy to call us a taxi to take us back up the hill home and it cost less than €5, so worth it!

Séjour au calme et incroyable
Pros:

Appartement incroyable avec tous les équipements possibles… d’un standing fantastique il fut très difficile de sortir tellement on y était bien!
Le calme, le soleil, la piscine et une vue irrésistible…
C’est sur on y retournera !!)

Cons:

Pas grand chose… un 2eme coussin peut-être 🤷🏻

Perfect place
Pros:

Amazing accommodation, very well equipped and perfectly maintained. The panoramic ocean view was simply spectacular. Watching the beautiful sunsets over Los Gigantes from the private pool was unforgettable. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We would love to come back!

Dès mon arrivée devant le cristal, j’étais accueilli par une charmante dame d’une gentillesse extraordinaire Et ben grand professionnalisme, et en une phrase, elle vous rend votre séjour exceptionnel

Cons:

La propreté est irréprochable, diffuseur de parfum, de la réception au couloir, ça sent super bon, dès qu’on a franchi la porte de l’appartement avec une vue spectaculaire, piscine chauffante et tout ça accueilli avec une bouteille de champagne et une petite carte d’intention de bienvenue, ça porte vraiment le nom cristal Luxury, Et la cerise sur le gâteau Madame Manuela qui est d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. Un grand merci.

The view

Cons:

The apartment has a beautiful view and the location is very nice. However, there are several things that made our stay less comfortable. The shower pressure was very weak, which was quite inconvenient. The daily amenities were also very limited — there was no hand soap, no indoor slippers, and although there was a coffee machine with coffee provided, there was no sugar or milk available.
Another inconvenience was the lack of a proper large trash bin in the apartment. Every time we needed to throw away garbage, we had to walk outside to the public bins on the street, which was not practical at all.
Overall, the apartment looks beautiful, but improving these small details would make the experience much more comfortable for guests

Pros:

Incredibly comfortable apartment with everything you need for a great stay.
Pool can be heated so on the cooler days were still able to enjoy it.
Place is quiet and not busy so we were all able to relax while there.
There is construction happening next door but it isn’t loud or disturbing.
The staff are incredibly helpful and would answer any concerns quickly. Definitely a place we will go back to again.

Pros:

The best view I’ve ever seen in my life—those magical sunsets, as if painted; the staff made our stay very comfortable and carefree, and all our requests were met. I especially want to mention Manuela, who was very attentive to detail and helped us with every issue; I highly recommend this place and these people—you’ll be satisfied.

Moderno, muy bien localizado con instalaciones de primera y vistas inmejorables! Todo precioso.

Cons:

Nos tocó una habitación de minusválidos (lo cual no es para nada un problema ya que tengo padre mayor y estoy acostumbrada a ellas) pero en esta no había cortina de ducha y se moja todo el baño. Lo otro es que no hay donde poner las cosas en el baño. Cepillo de dientes, necessaire de cosméticos, etc. Y el lavabo es resbaloso entonces los frascos de jabones que nos dejaron se deslizaban y se caían todo el tiempo dentro del grifo. Bastante incómodo. Eso sería lo único. De resto todo muy cómodo e impecable! También sería bueno informarnos al llegar donde se deja la basura del apartamento (no supimos hasta el último día y no queda cerca del piso) y informarnos si el mando del garaje (parking) no funciona para salir ó se nos extravía ó algo, como abrir la puerta del garaje manualmente que todos tienen esa opción en casos de emergencia y necesidad.
