Pros:

The best view I’ve ever seen in my life—those magical sunsets, as if painted; the staff made our stay very comfortable and carefree, and all our requests were met. I especially want to mention Manuela, who was very attentive to detail and helped us with every issue; I highly recommend this place and these people—you’ll be satisfied.

Moderno, muy bien localizado con instalaciones de primera y vistas inmejorables! Todo precioso.

Cons:

Nos tocó una habitación de minusválidos (lo cual no es para nada un problema ya que tengo padre mayor y estoy acostumbrada a ellas) pero en esta no había cortina de ducha y se moja todo el baño. Lo otro es que no hay donde poner las cosas en el baño. Cepillo de dientes, necessaire de cosméticos, etc. Y el lavabo es resbaloso entonces los frascos de jabones que nos dejaron se deslizaban y se caían todo el tiempo dentro del grifo. Bastante incómodo. Eso sería lo único. De resto todo muy cómodo e impecable! También sería bueno informarnos al llegar donde se deja la basura del apartamento (no supimos hasta el último día y no queda cerca del piso) y informarnos si el mando del garaje (parking) no funciona para salir ó se nos extravía ó algo, como abrir la puerta del garaje manualmente que todos tienen esa opción en casos de emergencia y necesidad.

Exactly what we needed
Pros:

We booked Apartment B31 for six days, and it was the perfect vacation. Everything about Crystal Luxury Apartments is exactly what you want when going on holiday to Los Gigantes in Tenerife.

A few key points worth highlighting for future travellers:

→ The balcony gets consistent sunshine throughout the day, and every evening you’re treated to a phenomenal sunset right from your balcony.

→ The swimming pool heating is excellent and fully adjustable to your liking. The views are simply stunning, genuinely paradise-like.

→ The apartment itself was spotless, every inch was clean. There is more than enough in terms of appliances, kitchenware, and cutlery, everything you need is provided. The air conditioning works perfectly throughout the entire apartment.

One thing I specifically want to address is the construction noise mentioned in some other reviews. In our experience, there was none at all. It has clearly been overstated.

We didn’t hear anything.

Another standout point for Apartment B31 is the privacy. Even though you are located within the main building, it feels completely secluded. You don’t hear or see your neighbours, which speaks to the quality of the design and layout.

The staff also deserve a special mention. They go above and beyond in every aspect. Extremely helpful, very friendly, and always available when needed.

A couple of quick tips for future travellers:

→ You don’t need to go to Mercadona, Lidl has everything you need and is far more convenient.

→ Make sure you walk down to the port and take a boat trip, seeing the whales is a must.

Overall, we will absolutely be returning many more times. A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

An absolutely amazing place! The view from the apartment was incredible! The apartment was even better in real life than in the photos. There is a great kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Convenient parking in the garage. Very responsive staff, always ready to help. This place is definitely worth the money. We would love to come back!

Fabulous views and luxury finishings
Pros:

One of the best views and properties we have ever stayed (and we do travel a lot).

Everything was of high quality - the beds, the pillows. The place is extremely private and calm, we had the best nights sleep in years.

Pros:

Immaculately clean, beautiful views. Looks just like the photos. Highly recommend the Aqua restaurant in the hotel complex next door for the tasting menu. There was a little bit of construction noise but there is construction work everywhere in Los Gigantes. The laundry room was a great bonus, really nice to get a wash on before travelling home.

Cons:

The pillows are very hard and have very little give, it would be a great addition to have a second pillow on each bed, a softer one. And some shampoo/shower gel in each shower.
