Great view, friendly staff, clean establishment.
Pros:

They had gluten-free options, I am celiac. I had no issues. The service was excellent. I got a text as soon as we checked in to see if there was anything that I needed. There was snacks. The pool was okay, pretty basic. It was an 8 minute walk from the TD Coliseum in Hamilton. Lots of restaurants around to walk to. Parking was easy there were lots of spaces right by the elevator doors. Our room faced the lake, it was actually quite surprisingly beautiful for an inner city hotel.

Cons:

There wasn't much that we didn't like. We would have loved to have a hot tub in the pool area. But, it wasn't on the list. Other than that, we had a great stay! We would definitely stay here again.

The parking of $50.00 which I was only told it was $19.00 should never have been charged.

I was told the parking underground is $19.00 at the check in counter. I was charged $50.00 on my visa.
Very disappointed with this charge.

Friendly staff making a long line of check ins go quickly. Great breakfast before check out.
Pros:

Great location for concert at TD coliseum. Walking distance.

Cons:

Garbage in nearby parking lot. Not hotels fault.

It was a place to lay our heads so I didn’t have to drive so early to get to my appointment. Not sure I would stay again
Pros:

Was close to the hospital

Cons:

No information about anything around the area like the restaurants. Had to have Uber Eats deliver which we were more interested in going out.
Would have liked to have know that $50 for parking and have no choice in the matter.

Great location and reasonably priced
Pros:

Great location if you’re going to an event at TD Coliseum. It’s only a five minute walk to the arena.

Cons:

Parking is underground and you can’t park there until after you have checked in and received your room key card.
There are a handful of spots out front to use for checking in and it was chaos when we arrived at 4pm.

Pros:

The room was really nice. The double shades on the windows made the room nice and dark at bedtime. The bed was really comfortable. I liked how much room there was in the bathroom and the liquid soap and lotion at the sink.

Cons:

There were multiple surfaces that I touched in the room that were sticky. I'm not sure if there was a child in the room before us, but the channel on the TV was the cartoon network. In the future, it might be beneficial to note when young children have stayed in the room, so the cleaning staff know to maybe be a little more thorough in their wiping down surfaces.
