Nice place to stay while on shift
Pros:

Stayed here for a week while on night shift at K3 quick drive to and from decent shower black out curtains where a beauty.

It was super close to my place of work( K1 Potash Mine)

Cons:

The train rails are too close , so some noises were heard at night. Would help to have noise insulated windows.
