Moderne et confortable
Pros:

C’était très propre, moderne et bien situé.

Cons:

J’ai posé des questions en ligne et il y avait un délai de plus de 24 hrs avant d’obtenir une réponse mais c’est le seul point sur lequel je peux écrire car, le reste était super en tout point.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Location is perfect; right across the street from the metro (orange line). Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Security is always watching the entrance. Underground parking is great and there were lots of parking spots available. Lots of places to eat around.

Cons:

Wifi didn't work, even after signing in. Not a big deal as we were out most of the time. Housekeeping only came some of the time, so not sure if that is something you need to specifically request for every day. I also miss the days when hotels had included breakfast; the breakfast here is from the restaurant on-site, at an extra charge of course.

Cons:

The Marriott brand is well known worldwide and overall we had high expectations for our stay. Unfortunately, our room was located on the 9th floor directly beneath the rooftop bar. The loud music continued late into the night, making it difficult to relax.
During check-in, I mentioned to the staff that my mother and I had just arrived after a long journey and were very tired. I wish this had been taken into consideration when assigning our room. A quieter room away from the rooftop bar would have made a significant difference to our experience.
I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests, especially those looking for a peaceful and restful stay.
