They cancelled our stay very close to our travel time and left us to find a new location with a large convention in town. The Hotels.com rep was very helpful with finding us a new spot.
Place was great and clean.
The main door was hard to get to open
We were supposed to be in a 1 bedroom executive suite with 2 beds near the lake. Two hours before check in, the company (ManageBnB) told us that the room was under "maintenance" and was unavailable. They said they got us a one bedroom on Yonge and. When we got there and it wasn't a one bedroom, it was a bachelor and it only had one bed. I'm traveling with a buddy but not one I would share a bed with.
Hotels.com contacted ManageBnB for us but ManageBnB insisted that the replaced our place with an equivalent place. They would not give a refund so we were stuck and Hotels com was unwilling to do anything else for us.
The bottom line is ManageBNB are a bunch of liars. We're pretty sure that the original condo we had booked eas not "under maintenance" but that they rented it for 3 or 4 times what we paid since it was the same night as the Leafs playoff game and there we also a lot of tourists here for the series between a Blue Jays and the Dodgers (with Shohei Ohtani).
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the way Hotels dot com handled this. I get my bookings through them because I expect them to not let things like this happen and if it does, I expect them to make it right.
ManageBnB are crooked and I would recommend not booking any properties that they manage.

Good unit
It was good. Nice place. Some basic maintenance issues and not having a smoke alarm is a bit concerning.
The property was very nice, in the future some information regarding parking would have saved some confusion to the condos front desk staff. I contacted several numbers provided to me and was asked to contact "Management" but no name or number was provided
Great location, nice property and reasonable price. Unit has some wear and tear, bedroom door doesn’t shut because it is broken.
Communication was the only real issue, received wrong address, check in instructions were unclear, didn’t know where to park or find keys or how to pay cleaning fee. No staff on site but they respond fairly quickly via text.
Great place just a solo cup was left and coffee grounds in the coffee thing in onlyyyyy issue
Nos encanto el lugar, muy cómodo, viajamos en familia con dos niños y se la pasaron genial, la vista es increíble! La ubicación también está muy bien, hay un súper cerca y la vista a la torre cn es padrisima.
hidden charges about cleaning. they already took cleaning from the start then they took another 120 for extra cleaning when we already clean the place before leaving. the thing is when i ask them what was it for no one answered. terrible. but the view is nice
They ended up giving me a different property then was originally advertised… there was no parking at the new location so I had to pay extra… also the unit was supposed to be a two bedroom, however the unit was a one bedroom… excuse was the booking site is general and they have multiple properties to rent… this isn’t anywhere on the ad…

The condo is beautiful with a great view of the city. The building is nice and quiet, we didn’t hear loud parties or running at all! The elevator situation in the building is not ideal, only one elevator was working for the entire tower side of the building so there was always a long wait. The condo itself could use a deep cleaning, we found dust and hair in the bathroom and the shower.
This is without a doubt the worst property and THE WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER. For 2 days air conditioning was not working, shower was not working. They kept on delaying. Shower was barely any water was comping out, never fixed, also the owner said she will send the plumber, no one ever came. I paid with parking included, the parking was not included, so faulty advertisement.
I booked Waterfront Haven Apartments but they never got that apartment, they booked me somewhere else and it was hell.
Expedia is even worst then them. They don't even try to help. They just say it was refused for a refund and they wash their hands.
Right across the street from the CN tower and Rogers Centre. Stay was great!
It’s a bit different than advertised.
Walk to Rogers Centre is 10-15 minutes. Not 3.
The main room bed is a double, not a queen. And the second “bed” is a fouton.
No face cloths but towels sufficient for 3 people.
You could fit two small people on the main bed if you squish and the fouton is incredibly uncomfortable.
I’d say this stay is more suited for one or two people max
Grocery, Starbucks and food second away!
The location was excellent as we went to two Bluejay games and could walk to Rogers center. We also enjoyed the aquarium and that was within walking distance. The apartment itself had everything we needed. We chose to have breakfast in and have lunches and dinners out.
Very convenient location for all things to do! Secure location. Easy communication. Many parking options around. Great restaurants very close by. Playground close too!
Un appartement avec vue sur la ville, 37ieme etage. Appartement propre, mais fait poir 4 personnes, or que on nous l'a vendu pour 5. Un matelas gonflabe etait a notre disposition, nous n'avons jamais eu de couverture, drap, oreiller. L'adresse indiquee dans le mail, n'est pas celui de l'appartement. Le mail de confirmation n'est pas arrive a l'acceuil, sans lequel impossible de recuperer les cles. Communication et gestion lamantable.
