Was only one night. Too short.

The room was relatively clean. We liked that they were close together because we booked two rooms. The pool was gross.

Cons:

The pool was dirty, we had four children with us. That’s why we booked this hotel.
The pool was a bonus feature of staying over.
We are from Kincardine, but we live 3 hours away and we were visiting family.
If we knew the pool was going to be dirty and un taken care of, we would’ve booked a different hotel with a pool .

It was good and we will come back. We went at beginning of November. The rate was reasonable.
Pros:

We stayed in a suite. The roommate large and clean. The breakfast was fine but basic. There was no waffle machine and I had been looking forward to this.
My husband went down to look at pool, and he could smell the chlorine right away (strong smell).

Cons:

The pool cuz of strong smell of chlorine.

There were silver fish in the bathroom.
My wife tried to reach me by phone thru reception and she was questioned unnecessarily. Who was she and the nature of her call, and was i expecting her call. Very rude.

The reason we choose this hotel was because it has hot tub. The hut tub was out of service for several days and they did not mentioned it in the web site when we booked

Pros:

Big room, two queen beds that was nice

Cons:

Toilet tank was leaking, there were some issues with the lever. Stuff offered us to move to another room but we didn't want to waste time on that.
I'd rather the tank was not leaking in the first place.

Excellent service and pleasant employees. Will definitely stay there again!
Pros:

Always enjoy the breakfast! Good assortment of nutritional breakfast foods, fresh and well stocked.
Great coffee too! The staff are pleasant and always willing to help!

Cons:

No complaints. Our door lock was not working properly, but it was fixed as soon as we noticed the front desk.

An uncomfortable comfort inn.

Cons:

Bathroom was too cold, fridge was off, coffeemaker did not work, elevator floors were not clean, shower did not drain, rooms had no pictures , I asked for a phone charger that never got to my room, aircondition in the hallway made it feel we were in the North Pole. This hotel was not like other comfort inns, a not comfortable in.
