Awesome!
Pros:

It was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The location was great with shopping. We could walk to the stores. Having a restaurant in the parking lot was convenient.

Cons:

There was sand in the bottom of the hot tub.

Fine except wrong room was assigned and the door on the bathroom is unacceptable.

The breakfast was great and so was the staff

Cons:

I really dislike the barn door on the washroom. It never really closes.

We had a great short stay😊
Pros:

Great location.
Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There was a group of girls (?soccer team) were staying in the room next to us that kept banging their door. In and out more times than I can count. Once I put the do not disturb sign outside the door they were more respectful of the appreciated quiet time.

Good location, great staff and amenities
Pros:

Hot tub and pool. Also towels close by.

We'd booked a family room for 7. Thought sofa bed would have been made up in advance and more towels provided.

Very disappointed in breakfast and bed
Pros:

Location is good. Good parking options. Big room en fairly clean.

Cons:

Paper plates with cheap wooden cutlery at breakfast. Asked for normal cutlery but not available. Mattress of bed was clearly worn out. Pool was closed for maintenance.

Very relaxing and the hotel was very quiet
Pros:

Breakfast was good., we enjoyed the pool and location of hotel we could walk to the stores in the mall

Cons:

we missed a waffle maker at breakfast. The remote for the tv was hard to use

Pros:

ALL the staff were exceptional. Front desk, Breakfast Attendant, Cleaning staff; every single one of them gave us a smile and a friendly greeting.
The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was exceptional, and not because it was included.
They are all doing things right at this hotel. I highly recommend it.

That we couldn't stay longer.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

very clean and kind/ efficient staff! Very good value for what we paid! we had an issue with our TV and guest services was upstairs right away to fix it.
