Stay here! Its wonderful

We had a lovely overnight stay!
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Lots of options. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Room was very clean. Mattress super comfortable.

Other than the fire alarm, our stay here was good. However, it was only one night.
Pros:

The location of this hotel was great as it was close to all of our destinations for this trip. We did not experience breakfast as we were fairly tired from being woken up at 4am by a false fire alarm. This hotel was very clean and the staff were all very nice.

Cons:

There was a fire alarm at 4am. While most of the guests were standing outside in a thunderstorm, some other guests were allowed to remain in the lobby. A few were walking around after making a coffee. Maybe if it was deemed safe to come into the lobby, we should have been told to come in out of the rain. Especially since there were a lot of guests outside with children and babies.

Very clean, super convenient, excellent breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, the food hot and delicious and the staff were on top of filling up empty trays. We loved that the shops were in walking distance(literally next door). The pool and hot tub were so clean and so relaxing after a busy day of shopping. We had an amazing time. Oh and the staff were super friendly.

Cons:

The view looked out to a roof/other building, but honestly wasn't there for the view so it didn't really bother me.

This time it was not comfortable at all
Pros:

All other things were good as answered above.

Cons:

Room heating unit was awfully noisy. wanted to keep 20C in the room. Whole night unit kept becoming ON/OFF with weird sounds of tic tic tic and it would come on. Could not sleep due to this as turning off was not an option due to very cold weather.

Cons:

Having internet and TV channels would have been amazing being it was new years ,I think it went out around 5pm and came back on 8:45am,very disappointed.
