Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect in the heart of old montreal with a spacious, clean and a comfortable room. Everything felt welcoming and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Location excellent. Close to Notre Dame and Rue Ste Paul. Good restaurants

Cons:

Mattress too soft and not comfortable for us. First time using digital checkin and info was good, but miss the human personal touch

Pros:

The hotel is well located, in a cul de sac in the old part of Montreal. The apartment is exceptionally clean, spacious and beautifully appointed. The boarding pass is very helpful and the instructions for access are easy to follow. The bed is comfortable, and there is a big bathroom. The appliances are modern and very clean. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others or to stay here again.

Cons:

The only suggestion for improvement would be to have an app for easy access to the boarding pass. Otherewise when we needed staff, they were most helpful and there was nothing we did not like. Thanks for a great stay.

Loved Bresoles! We have already talked about rebooking for our next visit!
Pros:

Location, not noisy, clean, comfortable bed/couch/chairs. Nice to have a fridge and freezer. Bathroom very nice. Easy access

Cons:

We had a travel delay due to a cancelled flight and we couldn’t get a reimbursement for a missed night. I understand it’s the policy, but it was disappointing.

Idéal pour visiter Montréal depuis le vieux Montréal. Je recommande
Pros:

Les chambres étaient très spacieuses, bien agencées avec tout le nécessaire.
L’hôtel se situe à seulement quelques mètres du port et de la cathédrale, idéal pour visiter le vieux Montréal.

Hidden Gem
Pros:

Top-notch location right next to basilica, steps to fine restaurants and bakeries/cafés. Entry instructions were relatively seamless, room was very spacious, well outfitted and bed super comfy. A quiet retreat right in the heart of the action.
