When's my return trip!
Pros:

The room, facilities and Hotel staff member José were fantastic. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

I would happily stay here for longer and adore the location.

Cons:

Hmm, well we arrived a bit late and count ourselves lucky to have caught José on his way out. Be aware that the hotel desk hours are 9-6. Assistance is given virtually outside of those hours but during these hours might be preferred to a newcomer. Everything is done via your booking pass, if you choose to park at the hotel that will be a new booking. Now, this wouldn't normally be an issue if my connection wasn't spotty and if I knew that the parking had another entry code different from my hotel room.
All was well after our short bout of confusion.

I would probably not book another room with balcony as my view on the 5th floor was blue sky overhead and a concrete wall across from me. Next time Iifht try the 7th floor with balcony instead or the 4th for the space

Please know the roof deck has its own code and is only open until 9:00pm. It's lovely please do enjoy it.

This was our favorite hotel to date and we can’t wait to return!
Pros:

The location is fantastic! Beautiful, safe, walkable, and central to so many spots a person would want to visit. The interior is spacious, well appointed and super clean. The staff was amazing. The rooms are super quiet. Beds are very comfy. Washer/dryer helped a ton. The tub was amazing! Appliances were top notch.

Cons:

Could have benefitted from some more soft lighting- lamps.

Good place to spend a couple nights if you want to tour downtown Montreal.
Pros:

Great location. Quiet building. Super supportive staff. Jose was a godsend in helping us with our parking situation.

Cons:

Our mattress wasn’t very comfortable. The parking space was a lot tighter than expected even though we measured our vehicle. Thank God for Jose!

Great location, big space and security!
Pros:

I liked how close it was to everything, and it gave you the option for parking (if you have a small car). The security for it was good too, having to have codes for all doors.

Cons:

It did seem the sheets weren’t cleaned as well, as the mattress protector had some staining on it. The towels were plenty, but they are very thin and scratchy. I love coffee so only 4 pods for two people over 4 days wasn’t enough, but that just made us explore the coffee shops near us.

Pros:

The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and had fabulous amenities. Especially the washer and dryer. Excellent and convenient location in old Montreal. Grocery store about a 15 minute walk.

Cons:

This is an apartment and runs like an Airbnb rather than a traditional hotel. There is no front desk and everything is done digitally. I had some questions which were answered promptly through the excellent offsite staff. The only short coming was the lack of a decent view. Otherwise excellent. The windows in the apartment M1 were small and a view of what looked like a parking exit. I’d stay here again but at apt on higher floor with views.
