L'appartement
Le fait de devoir passer par une application qui n’est pas booking et de devoir envoyer des photos de sa carte d’identité pour prouver son identité. Le fait que l’application ne fonctionne en utilisant mes identifiant et même en essayant de réinitialiser mon mot de passe, ça ne fonctionne pas (voir photos). Que je ne puisse pas rentrer dans ma location parce que les codes se trouvent dans l’application. Obligatoire de passer par l’application, seul moyen de les contacter est un numéro international (pas de whatsapp, frais téléphonique à votre charge, venant d’europe les frais de roaming sont conséquent). J’ai du attendre presque 1h en parlant via la messagerie booking pour qu’on m’envoie les codes d’entrée du bâtiment et de ma chambre. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement même si l'appartement était bien, d’autres alternatives existes avec beaucoup moins de problèmes.

Location was very good. I did not like circular stairwell. Avhassel bringing your suitcase up to the bedroom. Bad floor plan for couple. Stairs are a tripping hazard for us. I am 77.5 yrs old. My wife is 70 yrs young.
I would not stay there again. Nobody around to help. Impersonal. Bad floor plan. We had to take elevator upstairs to enter the bedroom. Difficult to carry our small suitcases up spiral stairs without hand rail. Used elevator to move suitcases.
Did not like split living and bedroom. They are on separate floors with a spiral stairs with small steps.cannot carry suitcase up spiral staircase. I would not stay in a room with spiral staircase. We are 77 yrs. And 70 years old.
Terrible floor plan. Hazardous stairs you need one hand to hold onto one rail. TV in master bedroom did not work! Called several times to fix. Bad service. Your company never fixed TV . Bad value. Impersonal and your company was not responsible nor did they see toddy our many requests. TV is basic!would.
The location! We couldn’t believe how close we were to everything. The apartment had everything we needed.
The apartment we were in didn’t have good views but I’m sure the others do.
I was lucky to have read the google reviews before hand, I needed to download the by sonder app to retrieve access codes etc so would recommend this to anyone booking through booking.com to do this!
Amazing location right in heart of Old Montreal and close to Metro/bus stations. Room is spacious with great amenities. Very clean.
Power outage during our stay that lasted for roughly 8 hours due to local construction.
