Schönes grosses Appartement mit ein paar Einschränkungen

Grosses Appartement, alles noch recht neu und modern, zentrale Lage, recht ruhig, Fahrstuhl vorhanden, grosser Kühlschrank mit Gefrierabteilung

Cons:

Parkplatz nur für sehr kleine Autos, komplizierter online check-in mit Fotos vom Ausweis und Selfie erforderlich. Zudem wird man beim check-in gezwungen, entweder eine Versicherung für 99 CAD abzuschließen oder eine Kaution von 300 CAD zu hinterlegen. Bett viel zu weich, wenig Geschirr und Besteck, kaum Haken für Handtücher im Bad.

I really enjoyed my stay in the one-room studio apartment, which was an excellent value-for-money.
Pros:

I found the apartment in excellent condition with high quality comfort and well-equipped (sofa for relaxing, dish-washer, washing machine, iron and iron board etc.). Everything in top condition.

Cons:

The table for eating, working etc. seems a little fragile on the surface. I missed having trivets available.

El loft estaba muy completo y parecía todo nuevo, la cama y sillones muy cómodos, muy bien ubicado y limpio. Cerca de muchos comercios y opciones de comida.

Cons:

Llevábamos camioneta y no pudimos quedarnos en el estacionamiento del edificio y de las dos opciones que dan en la aplicación, una estaba cerrada y la otra muy lejos y caro. Era complicado subir y bajar cosas del auto y después ir a dejarlo por noche al estacionamiento.

Newly renovated self-service hotel in prime downtown location
Pros:

The building is newly renovated and the wall graffiti hall paintings are super cool. Bathtubs in the bathroom are always good!

Cons:

It seems like they are trying to make it an entirely self-service hotel which means it’s like a big hotel of AirBnBs, but no other service on site. The beds are a little too soft.

Our stay was very enjoyable overall and the onsite woman who helped us made a huge difference
Pros:

There was no breakfast. We loved the location. The onsite person who spoke English was very helpful and much appreciated.

Cons:

We did not like the absence of a staff onsite at all hours. Had it not been for our running into staff on our floor by accident we were only ever referred to the Boarding Pass. For example, there were instructions as to how to use washer and dryer but no one to talk to at night when the dryer started flashing orange error signal. And the
boarding Pass was useless for that.

Selected the wrong stay would not stay here again. Super inconvenient location.

Cons:

This is not a hotel in its strictest sense. Just a glorified airbnb! All virtue and no staff to commumicate with.

Most importantly, much TOOO EXPENSIVE for what its worth. SUPER INCONVENIENT. Had to lug our baggage for 20 mins just to get to a 747 bus to airport. There are many many more super hotels costing fracion of the price and right in front of the airport bus or metro. We were fooled by the incorrect info. provided by the owners. Would never stay here again.

We lucked out with this hotel!
Pros:

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old city, walking distance to everything. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room exceeded our expectations, as it was a studio apartment, with a full kitchen and a washer dryer. The bed was a king size, and it was in a separate alcove. If we return to Montreal, it is the only place we would consider staying.

Cons:

Nothing. It was outstanding.
